هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين معنى الحياة واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مريضات الروماتويد أمهات المراهقين، وتحديد إمكانية التنبؤ بمعنى الحياة من خلال استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية عند مريضات الروماتويد أمهات المراهقين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (314) من مريضات الروماتويد أمهات المراهقين، تراوحت أعمارهن بين (40- 60سنة)، بمتوسط حسابي(43,421)، وانحراف معياري (7,372)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التنبؤي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في: مقياس معنى الحياة إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية (Carver, et al., 1989) تعريب: (زيزي مصطفي، 2006). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معنى الحياة (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط الإقدامية (إعادة التقييم الإيجابي، البحث عن الدعم الاجتماعي، التعامل الفعال النشط، التكيف الديني، كبح النشاطات الدخيلة، التخطيط)ـ واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط الإحجامية (التركيز على التفريغ الانفعالي، الإنكار، الانسحاب السلوكي، استخدام العقاقير والمواد المسكنة)، وعدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معنى الحياة (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط الإقدامية (ضبط النفس، طلب السند الانفعالي، التقبل)، واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط الإحجامية (الشرود الذهني، السخرية) حيث جاءت جميع قيم معامل الارتباط بينهما غير دالة إحصائياً)، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود خمس استراتيجيات إقدامية تسهم إسهاماً دالاً إحصائياً في التنبؤ بمعنى الحياة وهم (إعادة التقييم الإيجابي، التخطيط, التعامل الفعال النشط, كبح النشاطات الداخلية، التكيف الديني)، ووجود استراتيجيتين إحجاميتين تسهمان في التنبؤ بمعنى الحياة وهما (الانسحاب السلوكي، التركيز على التفريغ الانفعالي)، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات مرتفعي الاستراتيجيات الإقدامية ومرتفعي الاستراتيجيات الإحجامية في معنى الحياة لدى مريضات الروماتويد أمهات المراهقين لصالح مرتفعي الاستراتيجيات الإقدامية. |

The study aimed to explore the relationship between the meaning of life and coping strategies for psychological stress among rheumatoid arthritis patients who are mothers of teenagers. It also aimed to determine the predictability of the meaning of life through coping strategies for psychological stress among rheumatoid arthritis patients who are mothers of teenagers. The study sample consisted of 314 rheumatoid arthritis patients who are mothers of teenagers, aged between 40 and 60. arithmetic medium (43,421), and standard deviation (7,372),The study tools included: the Meaning of Life Scale developed by the researcher, and the Coping Strategies Scale (Carver, Scheier & Weintraub, 1989, translated by Zeze Mustafa, 2006). The study results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between the sample scores on the variables of the meaning of life (dimensions and total score) and their scores on proactive coping strategies (positive reappraisal, seeking social support, active coping, religious coping, suppressing intrusive activities, planning), and avoidance coping strategies (emotional discharge focus, denial, behavioral withdrawal, medication and sedative use). However, there was no statistically significant correlation between the sample scores on the variables of the meaning of life (dimensions and total score) and their scores on proactive coping strategies (self-control, seeking emotional support, acceptance), and avoidance coping strategies (mental disengagement, humor), as all correlation coefficients between them were non-significant. Furthermore, the results indicated the presence of five proactive strategies that statistically significantly contribute to predicting the meaning of life, namely positive reappraisal, planning, active coping, suppression of internal activities, and religious coping, as well as two avoidance strategies that contribute to predicting the meaning of life, namely behavioral withdrawal and emotional discharge focus. The results also showed statistically significant differences between the means of high proactive strategy users and high avoidance strategy users regarding the meaning of life among mothers of adolescents with rheumatoid arthritis, favoring those who employed proactive strategies. |
