| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تنمية مهارات التفكير الإيجابي لتحسين مهارات القراءة لدى الأطفال بطيئي التعلم بالصف الثالث الابتدائي من خلال برنامج تدريبي، استغرق تطبيق البرنامج (8 أسابيع) بواقع جلستين أسبوعيًا، وكان زمن الجلسة ساعتين، وقد استعانت الباحثة بالمنهج شبه التجريبي لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (20) طفلا وطفلة من الأطفال بطيئي التعلم والذين تتراوح نسبة ذكائهم من (84:70)، وتتراوح أعمارهم بين (9:8) سنوات، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساويتين، مجموعة تجريبية تضم (10) أطفال، ومجموعة ضابطة تضم (10) أطفال، طبقت عليهم الأدوات الآتية : استمارة البيانات الأولية (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس ستانفورد بينيه لقياس الذكاء (الصورة الخامسة)، جال.رويد، تعريب وتقنين محمود أبو النيل، ومقياس التفكير الإيجابي، إعداد عفاف عبد الفادى، بطارية اختبارات مهارات القراءة الجهرية، إعداد الباحثة، برنامج تنمية مهارات التفكير الإيجابي ( التحدث الذاتى – التخيل – التوقع الإيجابي). (إعداد الباحثة)وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسط رتب القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في اختبار التفكير الإيجابي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسط رتب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في اختبار التفكير الإيجابي في القياس البعدي. |

| Summary, etc. | The current study aimed to develop positive thinking skills to enhance reading skills among slow-learning children in the third grade through a training program. The program was implemented over eight weeks, with two sessions per week, each lasting two hours. The researcher adopted a quasi-experimental approach to achieve the study’s objectives. The study sample consisted of 20 slow-learning children (10 boys and 10 girls) with IQ levels ranging from 70 to 84 and aged between 8 and 9 years. The participants were divided into two equal groups: an experimental group (10 children) and a control group (10 children). The following tools were applied: A demographic data form (prepared by the researcher), The Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, Fifth Edition, adapted and standardized by Mahmoud Abu El-Nil, A Positive Thinking Scale developed by Afaf Abdel-Fady, An oral reading skills test battery (prepared by the researcher), A Positive Thinking Skills Development Program, including self-talk, visualization, and positive anticipation (prepared by the researcher). The results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the pre-test and post-test scores for the experimental group in the positive thinking test. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found between the mean ranks of the experimental and control groups in the post-test of the positive thinking test. |
