Summary, etc.	Background: Worldwide accelerated advances in physical rehabilitation of chronic kidney disease; particularly whom undergoing haemodialysis. Multimodal therapeutic approaches may maximize their recovery through preliminary evidence indicating both intradialytic neuromuscular electrical stimulation or cycling exercise might permit obvious benefits. Purpose: To investigate the effect of intradialytic neuromuscular electrical stimulation versus cycling on renin hormone levels in patients with chronic kidney disease. Subjects and Methods: Sixty patients of both genders with chronic kidney disease whom undergoing haemodialysis three times per week their age (50-60y) from ElQnatar Hospital, Qalyobia, Egypt. They were randomly allocated into two equal groups in number; Group A (n = 30) received intradialytic neuromuscular electrical stimulation protocol; 3 session per week for eight weeks; and Group B (n = 30) received intradialytic cycling exercise protocol for up to one hour per session; 3 session per week for eight weeks. Evaluation involving renin hormone test, leg musculature strength using dynamometer, kidney glomerular filtration rate. Result: Unsignificant differs revealed at baseline analysis. Both groups had revealed a significant decrease in renin hormone test reported values, and a significant increase in leg musculature strength, and glomeural filtration rate reported values post treatment. As well, there were significant improvement in group B compared with group A post treatment in term of renin hormone test values, leg musculatures` strength, and kidney glomeural filtration rate with no significant decrease or increase of frequency of dialysis sessions. Conclusion: Application of intradialytic cycling exercise protocol and/ or intradialytic neuromuscular electrical stimulation protocol are valuable for managing chronic kidney disease whom undergoing haemodialysis patients, with in favor of intradialytic cycling exercise protocol in terms of decrease renin hormone test values increase leg musculatures` strength, as well increase GFR. therefore, could be recommended intradialytic cycling exercise protocol for chronic kidney disease whom undergoing haemodialysis patients’ management.

Summary, etc.	الخلفية العلمية: تزايد الإهتمام العالمي بمرضي الفشل الكلوي وإعادة تأهيلهم خاصة من يخضع منهم لجلسات الغسيل الكلوي. تشتمل أساليب ووسائل العلاج الطبيعي لمرضي الغسيل الكلوي لزيادة تعافيهم باستخدام التنبية الكهربي وكذلك تمرينات التبديل أثناء خضوعهم لجلسات الغسيل الكلوي. <br/>الغرض: تم إجراء الدراسة لتقييم مدي فعالية العلاج بالتنبية الكهربي مقابل التبديل اثناء الغسيل الكلوي علي مستوي هرمون الرينين لدي مرضي الفشل الكلوي المزمن. إجراءات الدراسة: أجريت الدراسة علي ستين مريضًا من كلا الجنسين من مرضي الفشل الكلوي المزمن ممن يخضعون لجلسات الغسيل الكلوي ثلاث مرات أسبوعياً من مستشفي القناطر/ القليوبية-مصر. تم تقسيم المواضيع إلى المجموعة الأولي المتلقاة للعلاج بالتنبية الكهربي- والمجموعة الثانية المتلقاة العلاج بالتبديل علي مدي ثمانية أسابيع متتالية مع التقييم قبل وبعد الدراسة باستخدام هرمون الرينين، والديناموميتر لقياس قوة عضلات الساق وكذلك وظائف الكلي ومعدل جلسات الغسيل الكلوي وعددها وتبعه تحليل إحصائي تفصيلي. النتيجة: لم يتبين وجود فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية بأعمار مجموعتي الدراسة (٠.٠٥ ). لا يوجد إختلافات إحصائية قبل بدء العلاج بين مجموعتي الدراسة قبل البدء بالدراسة، ولكن تبين وجود إختلافات ذات دلالة معنوية مرتفعة هرمون الرينين، والديناموميتر لقياس قوة عضلات الساق مع تحسن نوعي أعلي لمجموعة التبديل (٠.٠٥ ) بعد الإنتهاء من العلاج. الخلاصة: العلاج بكلا من التنبية الكهربي والتبديل لمدة ثمانية أسابيع متتالية ذا فعالية علاجية لدي مرضي الفشل الكلوي المزمن ؛ مع تفوق نوعي للعلاج بالتبديل وفقا لمعايير التقييم تحليل هرمون الرينين وقوة عضلات الساق، وتحليل وظائف الكلوي وكذلك معدل وعدد جلسات الغسيل الكلوي.
