Summary, etc.	Backgrounds: Non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) is a leading <br/>contributor to disease burden worldwide, it develops from the interaction <br/>of biologic, psychological, and social factors, and it accounts for <br/>approximately 80 to 90% of all cases of low back pain. affecting <br/>individuals across all age groups. Low back pain (LBP) patients <br/>experienced proprioceptive deficits, which may extend beyond the lumbar <br/>spine. Anatomical and biomechanical links between the lumbar spine and <br/>knee joint suggest that knee proprioception may be negatively impacted in <br/>NSLBP patients. Moreover, a gap exists in the literature regarding sex <br/>differences in knee joint proprioception among NSLBP young adults. <br/>Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of NSLBP on knee <br/>proprioception among young adults and to examine the influence of <br/>gender difference on knee proprioception in individuals with NSLBP. <br/>Methods: A cross-sectional design was employed involving 88 <br/>participants diagnosed with NSLBP from the Faculty of Physical <br/>Therapy, Misr University. Subjects were divided into: Group A (n = 44 <br/>males, mean age = 22.0 ± 1.9 years, BMI = 23.2 ± 3.0) and Group B (n <br/>= 44 females, mean age = 21.9 ± 2.1 years, BMI = 22.2 ± 3.0). Outcome <br/>measures included knee joint repositioning error in form of deviation <br/>from a static absolute target angle assessed with a digital inclinometer, <br/>Functional Disability by Oswestry disability Index (ODI) and Pain by <br/>Numerical Pain rating scale. Results: Analysis of variance (ANOVA) <br/>demonstrated no significant differences in mean knee proprioception <br/>between Group (A) (Mean = 30.97, SD = 3.62) and Group (B) (Mean <br/>= 30.28, SD = 5.42), p > 0.05. Proprioceptive accuracy and disability <br/>index scores showed no significant gender-based differences in NSLBP <br/>Conclusion: Results suggested that knee proprioception, as measured <br/>against a static absolute target, did not appear to be significantly <br/>impaired in young adults with NSLBP. Additionally, no significant <br/>gender differences were observed in proprioceptive performance or <br/>disability levels.

Summary, etc.	المقدمه: تعد آلام أسفل الظهر غير المحددة (NSLBP) من المشاكل الرئيسية على مستوى العالم، حيث تنشأ نتيجة لتفاعل العوامل البيولوجية والنفسية والاجتماعية، وتمثل حوالي 80% إلي 90٪ من جميع حالات آلام أسفل الظهر، وتؤثر على الأفراد من جميع الفئات العمرية. يعاني مرضى آلام أسفل الظهر من ضعف في الإحساس الموضعي (الاستقبال الحسي العميق)، والذي قد يمتد إلى ما بعد منطقة أسفل الظهر. تشير الروابط التشريحية والميكانيكية الحيوية بين العمود الفقري القطني ومفصل الركبة إلى أن إدراك وضع الركبة قد يتأثر سلباً لدى مرضى NSLBP علاوة على ذلك، هناك فجوة في الأبحاث العلمية فيما يتعلق بالفروق بين الجنسين في إلاحساس العميق لمفصل الركبة لدى الشباب المصابين بـ NSLBP.<br/>الهدف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من تأثير NSLBP على الاحساس العميق لمفصل الركبة لدى البالغين لشباب، وفحص تأثير الفروق بين الجنسين على الاحساس العميق لمفصل الركبة لدى الأفراد المصابين بـ NSLBP.<br/>المنهجية: تم استخدام تصميم مقطعي شمل 88 شاباً وشابة تم تشخيصهم بـ NSLBP من كلية العلاج الطبيعي بجامعة مصر. تم تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة (أ) (عدد = 44 ذكور، متوسط العمر = 22.0 ± 1.9 سنة، مؤشر كتلة الجسم = 23.2 ± 3.0) والمجموعة (ب) (عدد = 44 إناث، متوسط العمر = 21.9 ± 2.1 سنة، مؤشر كتلة الجسم = 22.2 ± 3.0). شملت أدوات القياس إدراك مفصل الركبة باستخدام مقياس الميل الرقمي، ومؤشر عجز أوسويستري (ODI)، والانحراف عن زاوية الهدف الثابتة المطلقة.<br/>النتائج: أظهر تحليل التباين (ANOVA) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إدراك مفصل الركبة بين الذكور (المتوسط = 30.97، الانحراف المعياري = 3.62) والإناث (المتوسط = 30.28، الانحراف المعياري = 5.42)، حيث كانت القيمة الاحتمالية (p > 0.05). كما لم تُظهر دقة الإحساس العميق ومعدلات العجز فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين.<br/>الاستنتاج: تشير النتائج إلى أن إدراك مفصل الركبة، كما تم قياسه مقابل زاوية هدف ثابتة، لم يكن ضعيفًا بشكل كبير لدى الشباب المصابين بـ NSLBP. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لم تُلاحظ فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين في الأداء الحسي أو مستويات العجز.
