| Summary, etc. | سعت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل الدور الذي تقوم به الإتصالات الرقمية في تشكيل الصورة الذهنية للمرأة الإماراتية في المجال الدبلوماسي، حيث تم إجراء دراسة تحليلية، باستخدام تحليل المضمون، لتحليل مجموعة رسائل إلكترونية عبر موقع X للتواصل الإجتماعي(تويتر سابقاً)، بالتركيز على الحسابات الرسمية للشخصيات السياسية والصفحات الرسمية للوزارات والهيئات الحكومية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل مضمون الموقع الرسمي لوزراة الخارجية والتعاون الدولى الإمارتية. وقد تم اختيار تويتر كأحد أهم نماذج التواصل الاجتماعي في دول الخليج. وبالنسبة للدراسة الميدانية تم سحب العينة بالطريقة العشوائية من الجمهور الإماراتي والدولى (مصر والسعودية والكويت) قوامها 600 مفردة بواقع 150 مفردة من كل دولة للتعرف على مدى تأثير العلاقات العامة الرقمية في تشكيل صورة المرأة الإمارتية فى المجال الدبلوماسي. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أهمية توظيف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي فى بناء الصور الذهنية ودعم تمكين المرأة فى المجال الدبلوماسي. |

| Summary, etc. | This study seeks to monitor and analyze the role played by digital communications in shaping the mental image of Emirati women in the diplomatic field. An analytical study is conducted, using content analysis, to analyze a group of electronic messages via the X social networking site (formerly Twitter), focusing on official accounts. For political figures and the official pages of ministries and government bodies, in addition to analyzing the content of the official website of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Twitter has been chosen as one of the most important social media models in the Gulf countries. As for the field study, a sample of 600 individuals, 150 from each country, will be drawn randomly from the Emirati and international public (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait), to identify the extent of the impact of digital public relations in shaping the image of Emirati women in the diplomatic field. The results of the study showed the importance of using social networking sites to build mental images and support women’s empowerment in the diplomatic field. |
