| Summary, etc. | Digital mammography has limited sensitivity resulting in missed diagnosis of <br/>about 20% of breast cancer cases and up to 30% to 60% in dense breasts (Chi et al., <br/>2020). <br/>There is no standardized approach to classify and evaluate non-mass findings <br/>at ultrasound (US) currently exists which cause diagnostic difficulty in evaluating <br/>NME (Lin and Wu, 2022). <br/>Contrast-enhanced spectral mammography (CESM) is an imaging technology based <br/>on digital mammography that uses a contrast agent for <br/>examination. Subtraction images can indirectly reflect the blood <br/>supply of lesions and remove the surrounding normal overlapping <br/>glandular tissues so that the lesions can be clearly displayed |

| Summary, etc. | يُعد سرطان الثدي أكثر الأورام الخبيثة شيوعًا بين النساء، مما يستلزم وجود وسائل تصوير دقيقة للكشف المبكر والتشخيص. تُستخدم تقنيات تصوير متعددة، مثل التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي، وتصوير الثدي الطيفي المعزز بالتباين، وتصوير الثدي بانبعاث البوزيترون، للتمييز بين الآفات الحميدة والخبيثة. ورغم أن لكل تقنية مزاياها، إلا أن الأداء التشخيصي يختلف بينها، مما يؤثر على اتخاذ القرار السريري وإدارة حالة المريضة.<br/>أُجريت هذه الدراسة التحليلية الاستباقية على مريضات لديهن آفات غير كتلية محسّنة ظهرت في التصوير بالتباين سواء باستخدام التصوير الطيفي أو التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي، في قسمي الأشعة والباثولوجيا بمستشفى القصر العيني ومركز بهية للكشف المبكر وعلاج سرطان الثدي، لتقييم هذه الآفات غير الكتلية من خلال الدراسات المعززة بالتباين.<br/>أظهر التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي حساسية عالية (100%) ودقة معتدلة (74.1%)، لكنه عانى من نوعية منخفضة نسبيًا (30%)، مما أدى إلى معدل مرتفع من النتائج الإيجابية الكاذبة (25.9%). كما أظهر تصوير الثدي الطيفي المعزز بالتباين أيضًا حساسية ممتازة (100%)، لكنه سجل أدنى نوعية (10%) ودقة كلية بلغت (60.9%). يشير التوافق الضعيف (k = 0.112) بين تصوير الثدي الطيفي المعزز بالتباين والفحص النسيجي إلى احتمال أكبر للتشخيص المفرط. |
