Summary, etc. This study investigates the mechanical properties and durability of concrete incorporating <br/>varying percentages of recycled crushed clay brick aggregates as replacements for both coarse <br/>and fine aggregates. A total of ten mixtures were developed, using recycled crushed clay brick <br/>aggregate at replacement levels of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% for each aggregate type. Key <br/>properties assessed included density, absorption, sorptivity, ultrasonic velocity, rebound hammer <br/>performance, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, impact <br/>resistance, and abrasion resistance. All tests were conducted both before and after exposure to <br/>elevated temperatures (200, 400, 600, and 800 °C). The results indicated that clay bricks can be <br/>recycled to produce aggregates for developing concrete that is viable for structural and non-<br/>structural applications, contributing to the development of sustainable building materials.

Summary, etc. تتناول هذه الدراسة الخرسانة التي تحتوي على نسب مختلفة من ركام الطوب الطفلي المعاد تدويره كبدائل لكل من الركام الكبير والصغير. تم تطوير عشرة خلطات إجمالاً، مع استخدام الطوب الطفلي المعاد تدويره بمستويات استبدال بلغت 0%، 25%، 50%، 75%، و100% لكل نوع من الركام. تضمنت الخصائص التي تم تقييمها كل من الكثافة، الامتصاص، خاصية الامتصاص الشعري، سرعة الموجات فوق الصوتية، مطرقة الارتداد، مقاومة الضغط، مقاومة شد الانفلاق، مقاومة الانحناء، مقاومة الصدم، ومقاومة البري. أجريت جميع الاختبارات قبل وبعد التعرض لدرجات حرارة مرتفعة (200، 400، 600، و800 درجة مئوية). وأشارت النتائج إلى أن الطوب الطفلي يمكن إعادة تدويره لصناعة ركام لإنتاج خرسانات صالحة للتطبيقات الانشائية والغير انشائية، مما يسهم في تطوير مواد بناء مستدامة.
