| Summary, etc. | استهدفت هذه الدراسة رصد وتحليل وتفسير العوامل المجتمعية والمهنية والإدارية المؤثرة على تمكين القائمات بالاتصال من مواقع صنع القرار في الصحافة المصرية، سواء داخل المؤسسات الصحفية أو المجالس والهيئات الإعلامية، ورؤية القائمات بالاتصال للضغوط الإدارية والمهنية والمجتمعية والأسرية والرقمية التي تواجههن وتأثيرها على تمكينهن. وفي إطار ذلك تسعى الدراسة لوضع رؤية وتصور شامل لتطوير أوضاع المرأة الصحفية وصولًا لتمكينها على المستوى المجتمعي والمهني والإداري والاقتصادي والرقمي والتشريعي. اعتمدت الدراسة على مدخل التمكين الإداري ونظرية السقف الزجاجي كمداخل نظرية لها، كما اعتمدت على منهج المسح بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، ووظفت أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلات المتعمقة. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 190 مفردة من القائمات بالاتصال في الصحف القومية والخاصة والحزبية، وأجرت الباحثة المقابلات المتعمقة مع عينة بلغ قوامها 39 مبحوثة من القيادات الصحفية النسائية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العوامل المجتمعية تأتي في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (84.2%)من حيث التأثير على تمكين الصحفيات من الصعود الوظيفي ومواقع صنع القرار، وكانت أهم العوامل التي تؤثر سلبيا ً هي صعوبة تحقيق التوازن بين العمل والمنزل،ومسئوليات الزواج والأمومة، والعوامل التي تؤثر إيجابيا ً هي الدعم الآسري والمؤسسي، وجاءت العوامل الإدارية والمهنية في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة 82.1%، وكانت العوامل التي تؤثر سلبيا ً هي بطء مسارات التعيين والترقي، غياب فرص التدريب والتأهيل، الأوضاع الاقتصادية، سلطاوية النظم الإدارية، غياب دعم تمثيل المرأة في المواقع القيادية، والعوامل التي تؤثر إيجابيًا هي النظم الإدارية الديموقراطية وتطبيق استراتيجيات التمكين، كما جاءت العوامل التكنولوجية وتبني المهارات الرقمية في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة تأثير إيجابي (67.4%)، على تمكين الصحفيات ، والعوامل السياسية وتبني الدولة لاستراتيجيات تمكين المرأة في المرتبة الرابعة بنسبة تأثير إيجابي (51.1%). وخرجت الدراسة برؤية مقترحة حول تمكين المرأة الصحفية تتمثل أهم عناصرها في: تفعيل نظم الترشح، تدريب وتأهيل الصحفيات، تطبيق نظام المحاصصة (الكوتة)، تفعيل النصوص القانونية التي تخاطب المرأة داخل المؤسسات الصحفية، حماية الصحفيات، الدعم المؤسسي للصحفيات، تطبيق استراتيجيات التمكين، زيادة الوعي الرقمي والتكنولوجي |

| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to monitor, analyze, and interpret the societal, professional, and administrative factors influencing the empowerment of women journalists in decision-making positions in the Egyptian press, whether within press institutions or media councils and authorities. It also examined the perspectives of women journalists on the administrative, professional, societal, familial, and digital challenges they face and their impact on their empowerment.The study utilized the Administrative Empowerment Approach and Glass Ceiling Theory as theoretical frameworks, employing a descriptive and analytical survey methodology along with comparative systematic analysis. The research tools included questionnaires and in-depth interviews.The study was conducted on a sample of 190 women journalists working in national, private, and party-owned newspapers. The researcher also conducted in-depth interviews with 39 female journalistic leaders.The findings revealed that societal factors ranked first (84.2%) in influencing the career progression and access of women journalists to decision-making positions. The most significant negative factors included difficulties in balancing work and home life, along with the responsibilities of marriage and motherhood, while supportive family and institutional environments were the primary positive factors. Administrative and professional factors ranked second (82.1%), where obstacles included slow career progression, lack of training opportunities, economic challenges, authoritarian administrative systems, and insufficient support for women's representation in leadership roles.Technological factors, particularly the adoption of digital skills, ranked third with a positive influence of 67.4% on empowering women journalists. Political factors, including the state's adoption of strategies for women's empowerment, ranked fourth, with a positive influence of 51.1%. The study proposed a strategic vision for empowering women journalists, including: Enforcing nomination systems, Training and equipping women journalists, Implementing quota systems to guarantee representation. Activating legal provisions related to women within press institutions, Protecting women journalists, Institutional support for women in the media, Implementing empowerment strategies, Enhancing digital and technological awareness. |
