| Summary, etc. | تعتبر الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية التي سعت إلى رصد العلاقة بين الصفحات الرسمية للمؤسسات الحكومية المصرية على فيس بوك بوعي الجماهير بقضايا الشأن العام، واستندت الدراسة إلى منهج المسح بإجراء دراسة تحليلية على عينة من هذه الصفحات وهي (صفحة المتحدث باسم رئاسة الجمهورية المصرية، وصفحة النيابة العامة المصرية، وصفحة المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة المصرية، وصفحة هيئة الرقابة الإدارية)، كما تم تطبيق دراسة ميدانية من خلال استمارة استبيان إلكتروني على عينة عمدية قوامها 400 مبحوث من متابعي هذه الصفحات. وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدد من النتائج أبرزها أن صفحة المتحدث باسم رئاسة الجمهورية المصرية تعتبر أكثر صفحات عينة الدراسة تحديثًا واستخدامًا للصور والفيديوهات والرسوم، كما أنها تحظى بمتابعة نسبة كبيرة من المبحوثين مقارنة بباقي صفحات عينة الدراسة، كما أنها تساعد على بناء وعي الجماهير حول قضايا الشأن العام خاصة القضايا المتعلقة بالتنمية وعلاقة مصر بالدول الأخرى. كما أوضحت الدراسة أن صفحة النيابة العامة المصرية على الرغم من كونها الأحدث من بين صفحات عينة الدراسة إلا أنها تساعد بشكل كبير على بناء وعي الجماهير تجاه قضايا الشأن العام، خاصة في القضايا والحوادث التي شهدها المجتمع المصري خلال العينة الزمنية للدراسة عام 2021، لكنها لا تستخدم الوسائط المتعددة بشكل كبير مثل الصور والفيديوهات والرسوم والإنفوجراف، ويعتمد عليها متابعيها في الحصول على الرواية الرسمية حول قضايا الشأن العام داخل المجتمع، وتكتفي بنشر البيانات الرسمية على شكل صورة ضوئية، وأحيانًا نص دون صورة أو أي محتوى بصري يساعد على جذب الجمهور. كما أشارت الدراسة إلى أن صفحة المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة المصرية تساعد بشكل كبير في بناء وعي الجماهير تجاه قضايا الشأن العام وقت الأزمات في المجتمع، خاصة خلال أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد 19"، لدورها الكبير والفعال خلال هذه القضية المجتمعية، وكذلك في القضايا المتعلقة بالقوات المسلحة المصرية وبناء وعي الجماهير وزيادة الروح الوطنية والانتماء إلى الجيش المصري من خلال تقديم مساعدات غذائية إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا، وتقديم خدمات طبية في مستشفياتها واستقدام خبراء في العديد من التخصصات الطبية المختلفة، إلا أنها قليلة نشر المحتوى على صفحتها، لكنها تتميز باستخدام الصور الحصرية والفيديوهات للأحداث والفعاليات الحاصة بالتدريبات أو اللقاءات الرسمية لقادة القوات المسلحة، وكذلك يحرص المبحوثين خلال الدراسة الميدانية على متابعتها بشكل مستمر، لكنها لا تستخدم بشكل مناسب الأدوات الحديثة في الإعلام الرقمي مثل الإنفوجراف والفيديوجراف في محتواها. كما أسفرت الدراسة عن أن صفحة هيئة الرقابة الإدارية تعتبر الأسوأ من بين صفحات عينة الدراسة على مستوى المضمون لا تُحدّث بشكل دائم، ربما منشور أو منشورين في الأسبوع، عدا وجود فعاليات للهيئة، فتكتفي فقط بنشر أخبار رئيس الهيئة وصوره خلال فترة الدراسة التحليلية، ولا تستخدم الأدوات الحديثة بشكل مناسب، فقط تعتمد على الصور والفيديوهات ونشرها بالطريقة التقليدية، وتعمل على نشر المعايدات والتهاني في المناسبات الرسمية والأعياد، والنعي خلال حالات الوفاة لأحد قادة الهيئة السابقين أو المسؤولين الكبار في الدولة، وعلى مستوى الجمهور لا يتابع الصفحة من المبحوثين سوى نسبة قليلة من عينة الدراسة، فقط يتابعونها حال نشرها خبر ضبط مسؤول كبير في قضية رشوة، أو ضبط قضية فساط كبرى، حيث تعتبر أقل الصفحات متابعة من قبل المبحوثين مقارنة بباقي صفحات الدراسة. |

| Summary, etc. | The study is considered descriptive research that sought to monitor the relationship between the official pages of Egyptian government institutions on Facebook and the public’s awareness of public affairs issues. The study was based on the survey method by conducting an analytical study on a sample of these pages, namely (the page of the spokesman for the Egyptian Presidency, the page of the Egyptian Public Prosecution, the page of the spokesman for the Egyptian Armed Forces, and the page of the Administrative Control Authority). A field study was also implemented through an electronic uestionnaire on a deliberate sample of 400 respondents who follow these pages.The study discovered a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the page of the spokesman for the Egyptian presidency is considered the most updated page in the study sample and the most used of images, videos and drawings. It is also followed by a large percentage of respondents compared to the rest of the pages in the study sample. It also helps build public awareness about public affairs issues, especially issues related to development and Egypt’s relationship with other countries. The study also showed that the Egyptian Public Prosecution page, despite being the newest among the pages of the study sample, helps greatly in building public awareness of public affairs issues, especially in the cases and incidents witnessed by Egyptian society during the time sample of the study in 2021, but it does not use multimedia extensively such as images, videos, drawings and infographics. The study also indicated that the Egyptian Armed Forces Spokesperson's page greatly helps in building public awareness of public affairs issues during crises in society, especially during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, due to its significant and effective role during this societal issue, as well as in issues related to the Egyptian Armed Forces and building public awareness and increasing the national spirit and belonging to the Egyptian army by providing food aid to the most needy groups, providing medical services in its hospitals, and bringing in experts in many different medical specialties. The study also showed that the Administrative Control Authority’s page is considered the worst among the pages in the study sample in terms of content. It is not updated on a regular basis, perhaps one or two posts per week, except for the Authority’s events. It only publishes news of the Authority’s Chairman and his photos during the analytical study period, and does not use modern tools appropriately. It only relies on photos and videos and publishes them in the traditional way. |
