| Summary, etc. | This is a study in which the researcher explains the jurisprudential provisions for Islamic bank transactions, then mentions the provisions for Islamic bank transactions in Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait, and shows the agreement and disagreement between them. It became clear to the researcher that they agree on most financial transactions, but they differ among themselves in some transactions, which the researcher explained. In this study, the researcher followed the inductive, analytical, and deductive approaches. |
