| Summary, etc. | The fracture of the quadrilateral plate of the acetabulum is better reduced by a the direct infrapectineal plate which provides rigid fixation and reduces protrusio risk.<br/> Buttress screw or direct infrapectineal plate have comparable results regarding intraoperative, post operative and functional outcomes. While the infrapectineal plate with anterior intrapelvic modification to the ilioinguinal approach offers good exposure. A larger sample size, a biomechanical study, and longer follow-up periods are suggested to point out the significance of the result |

| Summary, etc. | المقدمة:<br/>يعد علاج كسور الحق الحرقفي من أكثر المهام تحديا التي تواجه جراحي العظام وخصوصا كسور الصفح الرباعي. من المتفق عليه ان الرد التشريحى النموذجى للكسر واعادة بناء المفصل هو حجر الزاوية، لذلك فإنه يجب الحصول على رد نموذجى للكسر بأقل العواقب الممكنة مع الحصول على أفضل نتائج وظيفية.<br/>الهدف:<br/>مقارنه ما بين إستخدام شريحة أسفل العانة والمسمار الدُعامى لتثبيت كسور الصفح الرباعى للحق. وذلك عن طريق مقارنة نتائج كلا منهما من حيث ملاحظة معايير أثناء الجراحة، نتائج الاشعات، عواقب ما بعد الجراحة والنتائج الوظيفية.<br/>المرضى وطرق البحث:<br/>ما بين يناير 2021 ومايو 2023 تم إجراء الدراسة المستقبلية لمقارنة نتائج تثبيت كسر الصفح الرباعى للحق بواسطة شريحة أسفل العانة والمسمار الدُعامى. تضمنت الدراسة خمسين حالة مصابة بكسر حديث بالحق الحرقفى، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساويتين مجموعة (أ) تم معالجتهم بواسطة المسمار الدُعامى ومجموعة (ب) تم معالجتهم بواسطة شريحة أسفل العانة. وتم متابعة المرضى على مدار 24 شهر.<br/>النتائج:<br/>متوسط الوقت الجراحي في المجموعة الاولي كان 160 دقيقة وهو أطول من المجموعة الثانية بمتوسط وقت 140 دقيقة وكان هذا الفرق ذو دلالة إحصائية.<br/>لم يكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في معدل حدوث المضاعفات أثناء العملية في المجموعة المدروسة على الرغم من أن الحاجة إلى نقل الدم المقدر في المجموعة الاولي كان أعلى (1353.3 ± 535.3 سم مكعب) من المجموعة الثانية، إلا أن هذه الخسارة لم تكن ذات دلالة إحصائية.<br/>كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى رد وتثبيت الكسور أثناء العملية في المجموعتان المدروستان لصالح شريحة أسفل العانة. |
