| Summary, etc. | تعد شركات التامين من اهم عناصر الاقتصاد القومي ، لذا فقد قام الباحث على التركيز على احد اضلع شركات التامين الرئيسية و هو اليات ادارة التعويضات بالشركة ، و دراسة مدى تاثيرها على تطوير الميزة التنافسية بهدف تنمية الاقساط بالتطبيق في ذلك على بعض شركات تامين الممتلكات العاملة بالسوق المصري ، و قد اعتمد الباحث في الدراسة الميدانية على عينة عددها 132 فرد من ضمن فرق العمل ببعض شركات التامين ، و قد اثبتت الدراسة الميدانية على صحة فروض الدراسة التي اهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية فيما بين اليات ادارة التعويضات و تطوير الميزة التنافسية لتنمية الاقساط ، و قد خلص الباحث لمجموعة من التوصيات اهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بعناصر المتغير المستقل و الخاصة باليات ادارة التعويضات لكونها من اهم مسببات تطوير الميزة التنافسية لشركات التامين و زيادة حصتها السوقية . |
