قام الباحث بكتابة هذه الدراسة بعنوان تأثير أزمة كورنا على التعليم الأساسي بجمهورية مصر العربية دراسة حالة محافظة القاهرة .وقد قمنا بكتابة المتغير المستقل وهو أزمة كورنا وتناولنا فى الفصل الثاني والثالث تعريف ما هو فيروس كورنا وما هى اسباب نشأته وما هى طق انتشاره ثم تناولنا بعد ذلك الاجراءات الاحترازية التى اتبعتها الدول وما هى اثاره السلبية على صحة الانسان وبعد ذلك قمنا بدراسة تأثير أزمة كورنا عالمياً وتأثيرها على جميع قطاعات الحياة المختلفة , إلى أن وصلنا إلى محور هذه الدراسة وهو قطاع التعليم واخذنا نظرة سريعة على تأثير الفيروس على قطاع التعليم على مستوى العالم , ومصر مثل بقية دول العالم تأثيرات بهذا الفيروس وخاصة قطاع التعليم الأساسي وهو المحور الثاني فى هذه الدراسة ثم اخذنا عينة الدراسة مدارس محافظة القاهرة , واستطلعنا فى الاستبيان اراء من معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي فى محافظة القاهرة .وطبقاً لتحليل اراء هؤلاء السادة المعلمين عن أداء وزارة التربية والتعليم لهذه الازمة , وعن الدور الذى قام به نظام التعليم عن بعد من تقليل الاثار السلبية للازمة على الطلاب وأن قد أصبح من أنماط التعليم الرئيسة فى المنظور القريب والمتوسط وقمنا بتسليط الضوء على ما تعتقد انه شكل التعليم الامثل بناء على تحليل نتائج هذه الدراسة وخاصة الجانب الاحصائي والاستقصائي منها أن التعليم المخلط الذى يمزج بين التعليم عن بعد والتعليم الحضور هو النمط الافضل الذى يجب على الدولة اتباعه فى المنظور القريب والمتوسط وخاصة مرحلة التعليم الأساسي . |

The researcher wrote this study entitled The impact of the Corona crisis on basic education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, a case study of Cairo Governorate. We have written the independent variable, which is the Corona crisis, and in the second and third chapters we discussed the definition of what the Corona virus is, what are the reasons for its origin, and what are the ways of its spread. Then we discussed the precautionary measures followed by countries and what are its negative effects on human health. After that, we studied the impact of the Corona crisis globally. And its impact on all the different sectors of life, until we reached the focus of this study, which is the education sector, and we took a quick look at the impact of the virus on the education sector at the world level, and Egypt, like the rest of the countries of the world, has effects from this virus, especially the basic education sector, which is the second focus in this study, then we took The sample of the study was Cairo Governorate schools, and in the questionnaire we surveyed the opinions of basic education teachers in Cairo Governorate. According to an analysis of the opinions of these gentlemen teachers about the performance of the Ministry of Education in this crisis, and about the role that the distance education system has played in reducing the negative effects of the crisis on students, and that it has become one of the main types of education in the near and medium perspective, we have shed light on what you believe is the form of education. The best option, based on the analysis of the results of this study, especially the statistical and survey aspect, is that blended education, which combines distance education and in-person education, is the best pattern that the state should follow in the near and medium term, especially the basic education stage. |
