هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة علاقة ابعاد التصنيع الرشيق المتمثلة بـ(تنظيم موقع العمل (5s)، خارطة سير عملية الإنتاج(VSM)، نظام السحب / كانبان، الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM)، الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد JIT))، في شركة كلوفر بروك للنسيج والصباغة لما لها دور في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المتمثلة بـ(الجودة (Quality)، التكلفة (Cost)، المرونة (Flexibility)، التسليم (Delivery))، باعتبارها شركة لها دور فاعل في هذا المجال في جمهورية مصر العربية، للارتقاء بها وتحقيق الكفاءة والفاعلية المنشودة من خلال الوقوف على الأخطاء ومعالجتها في كل مرحلة من مراحل التصنيع والقيام بإجراءات التحسين المستمر لتحقيق مستويات عالية من الجودة مما ينعكس في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية.<br/>وتم اعتماد استمارة الاستبيان بشكل رئيسي في جميع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالجانب العملي، وتم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية متمثلة بـ (المقاييس الاحصائية الوصفية، معاملات ألفا كرونباخ (الثبات)، معاملات الصدق، التحليل العاملي، اختبار عينة واحدة One Sample T Test، تحليل الانحدار الخطى (البسيط – المتعدد)، باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS)، بخصوص عينة الدراسة فقد قام الباحث بسحب عينة عشوائية من أصل عدد افراد مجتمع الدراسة، وقد وصفت هذه العينة من ناحية المعلومات الديموغرافية المتعلقة بها تم توزيع 200 استبانة عليهم وتم استرجاع 180 استبانة كانت منها 169 استبانة صالحة للتحليل استبانة بنسبة 84.5% تقريبا من حجم العينة. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة بمجوعة من التساؤلات حول مدى وجود تصور واضح حول فلسفة التصنيع الرشيق وابعاده ومدى توافرها في الشركة المبحوثة فضلا" عن مستوى التأثير الذي يتركه التصنيع الرشيق في تحقيق وتدعيم الميزة التنافسية فضلا" عن اختبار فرضية وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ابعاد التصنيع الرشيق وبين الميزة التنافسية.وخرجت الدراسة بمجوعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تنسجم مع تلك الاستنتاجات، وقد أظهرت نتائج الانحدار البسيط بين الميزة التنافسية كمتغير تابع وأبعاد التصنيع الرشيق الأربعة (بُعد خارطة سير عملية الإنتاج (VSM)، بُعد نظام السحب / كانبان، بُعد الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة، بُعد الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد) كمتغيرات مستقلة كل على حده، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد التصنيع الرشيق الأربعة فقط وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية عند مستوى ثقة 99%، وقد بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط الكلي 0.917، وهو ارتباط ايجابي قوي جداً، ومن ثم فإنه يمكننا دراسة أكثر الابعاد تأثيراً في تحقيق الميزة تنافسية من خلال نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد التدريجي. |

The current study is looking forward to the need to the relationship between Lean manufacturing dimensions which is represent by ((5S), (VSM), Kanban, (TPM) and (JIT) in Clover Brook Textile factory, because of its role in achieving competitive advantages represent by (Quality, Cost, Flexibility and Delivery), as industrial company had an important role in supplying the ARE economy, to improve and maximize efficiency and effectiveness desired and bridge the gap that prevented sought desired goals by standing on errors and processed in all stages of operations and performing procedures continuous improvement to achieve high levels of quality. The problem of the study represented by a series of questions about whether there is a clear perception about lean manufacturing philosophy and its dimensions and availability in organization examined, as well as the level of influence leave Lean manufacturing to achieve and strengthen competitive advantages in addition to test the hypothesis. here is statistically significant correlation and impact between the dimensions of lean manufacturing and competitive advantage. The study derived its importance from being dealing with one of the most important companies in ARE and lean manufacturing importance of the subject in an attempt to get rid of all kinds of waste, as well as being an attempt to arouse the interest of the company researched and other organizations to investment their resources and energies better. The study aims at building a knowledge and philosophical conception of Lean manufacturing and directing attention toward it, and recognizing the reality and the possibility of the application of it dimensions by company researched to help in solving their problems. To collect Data and information, a questionnaire has been mainly adopted. Different statistical methods have been used such as (Descriptive Statistics, test t, alpha Cronbach's coefficients, confirmatory factor analysis، One Sample T Test، Multiple Linear Regression) using statistical software (SPSS) Regarding the study sample, the researcher pulled a random sample out of the number of members of the study community, and this sample was described in terms of demographic information related to them was distributed 200 questionnaires and 180 questionnaires were retrieved, of which 169 questionnaires valid for analysis, a questionnaire of 84.5% of the sample size. The study came out with a set of conclusions and recommendations that are consistent with those conclusions, and showed the results of the simple regression between the competitive advantage as a dependent variable and the four dimensions of Line manufacturing (dimension of the production process flow map (VSM), dimension of the withdrawal system / Kanban, dimension comprehensive production maintenance, dimension production on time) as independent variables.The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between only the four dimensions of Line manufacturing (after the production process flow map (VSM), after the withdrawal system / Kanban, after the comprehensive production maintenance, after the production on time) and the achievement of competitive advantage at a level of 99% confidence, and the value of the total correlation coefficient 0.917, which is a very strong positive correlation, so we can study the most influential dimensions in achieving competitive advantage through the model of linear progressive multiple regression.The researcher recommended the need to continue to research and investigate the contents of the dimensions of linear manufacturing in the field of textile and dyeing due to the limitations and scarcity of studies in it, especially Arab Studies, where they were not highlighted enough, and also at the level of universities to develop a course on linear manufacturing for all students of the faculties of engineering and Business Administration as well as encourage scientific research, seminars and training courses on rapid manufacturing. |
