| Summary, etc. | الهدف: تعتبر ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية ضرورية في المجتمع، وبصفه خاصة في مراكز تأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ويتمثل الغرض من هذه الدراسة في التعرف على أثر ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية بأبعادها (المسؤولية الاقتصادية، المسؤولية القانونية، المسؤولية الأخلاقية، المسؤولية الخيرية) على الأداء التنظيمي بأبعاده (الأداء المالي، الأداء التشغيلي). - المنهجية: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الإحصائي لدراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرات، وتم الاعتماد على قائمة الاستقصاء كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث وهو مديرين مراكز تأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتمثل المجتمع في (68) مركزًا، وتم الحصول على (303) استجابة من مديرين مراكز تأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتم استخدام التحليل الإحصائي. Smart PLSبالاعتماد علي برنامج - النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثيراً إيجابيًّا لممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الأداء التنظيمي في مراكز تأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالقطاع الصحي. - التوصيات: تقترح الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: إنشاء هيئة مستقلة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية تابعة لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء المصري، تسعي لتعزيز ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتطبيق ممارساتها داخل الهيئات والجهات والمراكز الرسمية المصرية. |

| Summary, etc. | Purpose: This study aimed to examin the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) ( economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic practices) on the organizational performance ( financial and operational performance) in rehabilitation centers for children with special needs. -Methodology: A descriptive-analytical research methedology was employed to investigate the relationship between the selected variables. The population for this study was the managers working in the rehabilitation centers for children with special needs in Great Cairo ( the total number of these centers is 68). However, the valid-collected questionnaires was 303. Smart PLS was used for statistical analysis.-Results: This study found that there is a positive effect for CSR practices on organizational performance in rehabilitation centers for children with special needs. -Recommendations:Researcher provided several recommendations.,including establishment of an independent institution under the Egyptian Cabinet responsible for promoting CSR culture and implementing its practices within Egyptian government agencies, institutions, and centers. |
