| Summary, etc. | Objective: to measure the effect of adding Reflexology to Mulligan <br/>mobilization and the conventional treatment for patients with <br/>Osteoarthritis knees. Methods: The participants were assigned into four <br/>equal groups by simple methods of randomization. Reflexology and <br/>Mulligan mobilization group, Mulligan mobilization group, Reflexology <br/>group, and Control group. All participants have been assessed before and <br/>after the treatment program by Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Knee <br/>Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) and kinovia app. <br/>Results: Statistical analysis revealed significant within-group <br/>improvements across all four intervention groups after four weeks of <br/>treatment (p < 0.05). All measured outcomes—including pain (NPRS), <br/>knee function (KOOS), and knee range of motions showed significant <br/>enhancement compared to baseline, with greater improvements observed <br/>in the Mulligan mobilization and reflexology groups (p < 0.001). <br/>Between-group comparisons demonstrated statistically significant <br/>differences across all outcome measures (p < 0.05), except between the <br/>Mulligan mobilization and reflexology groups in terms of NPRS and <br/>KOOS (p > 0.05). However, the Mulligan group showed a significantly <br/>greater increase in both knee flexion and extension range of motion post-<br/>treatment compared to the reflexology group. These findings suggest that <br/>both Mulligan mobilization and reflexology interventions were the most <br/>effective overall. Conclusion: Mulligan mobilization and reflexology <br/>group much better results from other groups so it is preferred to add <br/>reflexology to Mulligans to conventional physical therapy in knee <br/>osteoarthritis patients. |

| Summary, etc. | قُسِّم المشاركون إلى أربع مجموعات متساوية باستخدام أساليب عشوائية بسيطة: مجموعة العلاج الانعكاسي وتحريك موليجان، مجموعة تحريك موليجان، مجموعة العلاج الانعكاسي، والمجموعة الضابطة. خضع جميع المشاركين للتقييم قبل وبعد برنامج العلاج باستخدام مقياس نتيجة إصابة الركبة وهشاشة العظام (KOOS)، وتطبيق كينوفيا، ومقياس تقييم الألم الرقمي (NPRS). النتائج: كشف التحليل الإحصائي عن تحسنات كبيرة داخل المجموعة في جميع مجموعات التدخل الأربع بعد أربعة أسابيع من العلاج (p < 0.05). أظهرت جميع النتائج المقاسة - بما في ذلك الألم (NPRS) والوظيفة (KOOS) ونطاق حركة الركبة - تحسنًا كبيرًا مقارنةً بالخط الأساسي، مع ملاحظة تحسنات أكبر في مجموعات تحريك موليجان وعلاج المنعكسات (p < 0.001). حققت مجموعة تحريك موليجان وعلاج المنعكسات نتائج أفضل بكثير من المجموعات الأخرى. لذا فضّلتُ إضافة العلاج الانعكاسي إلى علاج موليجان إلى العلاج الطبيعي التقليدي لمرضى هشاشة العظام في الركبة. |
