Summary, etc. In the digital era, content marketing is increasingly being used as a marketing communication tool. This <br/>is because businesses and marketers understand the importance of marketing products in the competitive <br/>landscape, as well as the importance of building relationships with customers to create loyal customers. <br/>Content marketing allows businesses to market their products and services to customers directly and <br/>efficiently. However, with increased competition from similar products and services in the Egyptian <br/>banking industry, it is becoming more difficult for organizations to maintain customer loyalty. <br/>Underscore the importance of that businesses need to create content that encourages customers to use <br/>their products and services to help organizations build credibility across all marketing channels. <br/><br/>This study adopts a quantitative research approach, with data collected from 37 banks in Egypt. A <br/>nonprobability quota sampling technique was used, and data were gathered through questionnaires <br/>distributed via an online survey using Google Forms. The study collected responses from 309 <br/>respondents, and the findings revealed that content marketing has a significant positive impact on brand <br/>loyalty. <br/><br/>The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of content marketing, perceived quality and brand <br/>image on brand loyalty. This research is designed to provide information to organizations who use <br/>content marketing as a digital marketing strategy to develop innovative, original, and valuable content to <br/>building brand loyalty in the Egyptian banking sector.

Summary, etc. في العصر الرقمي، يتزايد استخدام تسويق المحتوى كأداة تواصل تسويقي. ويعود ذلك إلى إدراك الشركاتوالمسوقين لأهمية تسويق المنتجات في ظل المنافسة الشديدة، وأهمية بناء علاقات مع العملاء لكسب ولائهم. يتيحتسويق المحتوى للشركات تسويق منتجاتها وخدماتها للعملاء بشكل مباشر وفعال. ومع ذلك، ومع تزايد المنافسة منالمنتجات والخدمات المماثلة في القطاع المصرفي المصري، أصبح من الصعب على المؤسسات الحفاظ على ولاءالعملاء. لذا، يجب على الشركات إنشاء محتوى يشجع العملاء على استخدام منتجاتها وخدماتها لمساعدة المؤسساتعلى بناء مصداقيتها عبر جميع قنوات التسويق .تعتمد هذه الدراسة على نهج بحث كمي، حيث جُمعت البيانات من 37 بنكًا في مصر. واستُخدمت تقنية أخذ العيناتالحصصية غير الاحتمالية، وجُمعت البيانات من خلال استبيانات مُوزعة عبر استطلاع رأي عبر الإنترنت با ستخدامنماذج جوجل. جمعت الدراسة ردودًا من 309 مشاركًا، وكشفت النتائج أن تسويق المحتوى له تأثير إيجابي كبير علىولاء العلامة التجارية .تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير تسويق المحتوى والجود ة المُدركة وصورة العلامة التجارية على ولاء العلامةالتجارية. تم تصميم هذا البحث لتوفير المعلومات للمؤسسات التي تستخدم تسويق المحتوى كاستراتيجية تسويق رقميةلتطوير محتوى مبتكر وأصلي وقيم لبناء ولاء العلامة التجارية في القطاع المصرفي المصري
