| Summary, etc. | الالومنيوم، حيث تم اتباع منهجية التصنيع الرشيق (Lean) لتقليل العيوب وزيادة الانتاجية وذلك من خلال أدوات التحسين المستمر وهى : استخدام مخطط السبب والاثر (عظمة السمكة) للوصول إلى الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلة وايضا تم استخدام مخطط باريتو لمعرفة العيوب التى تؤثر على عدم تحقيق الإنتاجية وايضا مخطط باريتو للاعطال كما تم قياس مؤشرات الأداء (KPl's) لمعرفة شكاوى ومرتجعات العملاء والعمل على تحسينها كما تم قياس الفاعلية الكلية الماكينات (OEE) قبل إجراء التحسينات للوصول الى حالة الماكينات القائمة بالانتاج ومخرجاتها من منتجات قد تؤثر على إحداث عيوب يمكن اصلاح وتحسينها . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى الاتى :- البيانات الخاصه بالكفاءه الكليه للماكينات خلال عام 2022 قبل التحسين OEE = 55% • البيانات الخاصه بالكفاءه الكليه للماكينات خلال عام 2023 بعد التحسين OEE = 75% • تم قياس ال KPI الخاصه بألاداء لقسم الانتاج وكانت التائج كالاتى .•KPI الخاصه بزيادة الانتاجيه بنسبه 5 % من اجمالى انتاج السنه السابقه وتم القياس قبل التحسين لعام 2022 كانت النتيجه 81% وبعد التحسين لعام 2023 كانت النتيجه 107 % وهذا يدل على انه تم التحسين بقارق 26% •KPI الخاصه بنسبه التوالف لا تتعدى ال 2% تم القياس قبل التحسين لعام 2022 كانت النتيجه 8.2% وبعد التحسين لعام 2023 كانت النتيجه 1 % وهذا يدل على انه تم التحسين بقارق 7.2 % •KPI الخاصه بنسبه اعادة التشغيل للمنتجات انها لا تتعدى ال 2 % تم القياس قبل التحسين لعام 2022 كانت النتيجه 7% وبعد التحسين لعام 2023 كانت النتيجه 2 % وهذا يدل على انه تم التحسين بقارق 5 % •ثانيا :- تم تناول قياس ال KPI الخاصه بألاداء لقسم الجوده وكانت التائج كالاتى .<br/>•KPI الخاصه بنسبه المرتجعات انها لا تتعدى بنسبه ال 2 % تم القياس قبل التحسين لعام 2022 كانت النتيجه 2.5 % وبعد التحسين لعام 2023 كانت النتيجه 0.11 % وهذا يدل على انه تم التحسين بقارق 2.39 % •KPI الخاصه بشكوى العملاء انها لا تتعدى الحالتين وتم القياس قبل التحسين لعام 2022 كانت النتيجه 37 شكوى وبعد التحسين لعام 2023 كانت النتيجه هى عدد حاله واحدة وتم تعديل هذا الهدف بعد مرور ثلاثه أشهر من القياس ليصبح حاله واحده بدلا من حالتين لشكوى العملاء وهذا يدل على انه تم التحسين بقارق 36 حاله.• KPI الخاصه بتقييم العملاء وكان متوسط التقييم قبل التحسين لعام 2022 كانت النتيجه 73.3 % وبعد التحسين لعام 2023 كانت النتيجه 94.7% وهذا يدل على انه تم التحسين بقارق 21.4 % |

| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to investigate the impact of using continuous improvement techniques on one of the industrial companies operating in the field of aluminum industry, where the lean manufacturing methodology was followed to reduce defects and increase productivity through continuous improvement tools, which are: The cause and effect diagram (fishbone) was used to reach the root causes of the problem. The Pareto chart was also used to identify defects that affect the lack of productivity and also Pareto for breakdowns. Performance indicators (KPl's) were also measured to identify customer complaints and returns and work to improve them. Measuring the overall effectiveness of the machines (OEE) before making improvements to determine the condition of the existing production machine and its output of products that may affect the occurrence of defects that can be repaired and improved.The study concluded the following:Data on the overall efficiency of machines during the year 2022 before the improvement OEE = 55%• Data on the overall efficiency of the machines during the year 2023 after improvement OEE = 75%• This indicates that there has been a 20% improvement in the performance of the machines• The production department’s performance KPI was measured and the results were as follows.• Its main performance indicators are productivity at a rate of 5% of the previous total production. The result was measured before the improvement in 2022, and the result was 81%. After the improvement in 2023, the result was 107%. This indicates that the improvement was achieved by 26%.• The KPI for the percentage of damage does not exceed 2%. Measured before the improvement in 2022, the result was 8.2%, and after the improvement in 2023, the result was 1%. This indicates that the improvement was achieved by 7.2%.The KPI for the reoperation rate of products does not exceed 2%. It was measured before the improvement in 2022, the result was 7%, and after the improvement in 2023, the result was 2%. This indicates that the improvement was achieved by 5%.Second: The performance KPI measurement for the Quality Department was addressed, and the results were as follows.• The KPI for the returns percentage is that it does not exceed 2%. Measured before the improvement in 2022, the result was 2.5%, and after the improvement in 2023, the result was 0.11%. This indicates that the improvement was achieved by 2.39%.• The KPI for customer complaints does not exceed two cases. It was measured before the improvement for the year 2022, and the result was 37 complaints. After the improvement for the year 2023, the result was the number of one case.
