Summary, etc.	يرتبط سعر الصرف مع كل المتغيرات الاقتصادية بطريقة مباشرة وغير مباشرة وهو يمثـل مـرآة عاكسة للاقتصاد القومي ومدى صحته، فتدهور سعر الصرف يعني أن هناك اختلالات في الوضع الاقتصادي، حيث يعكس عدم استقرار سعر الصرف الاضطرابات في التوازن الاقتصادي للدولة، و يؤثر في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة وغير المباشرة، فاستقرار سعر الصرف يعطى المستثمرين الأجانب الأمان على استثماراتهم حيث يمكنهم من تحويل الأرباح التي يمكن تحقيقها وأيضا قيمة رؤوس أموالهم عند نهاية مدة المشروع ، وعلى ذلك فإن سعر الصرف واستقراره هو مؤشر لصحة العلاقات الخارجية والتوازن الخارجي للدولة.وقد أدى تغير سعر الصرف إلي ظهور العديد من المخاطر والأزمات على الشركات، والتي ينبغى على الإنسان إدراكها وتجنب الوقوع فيها ،ومن هنا زاد الإهتمام على دراسة أثر تغيير سعر الصرف على نشاط الشركات الممولة بالقروض الأجنبية في مصر . وللحفاظ على تطور الشركات وتحقيق نشاطها و إنجازاتها وأهدافها،وللقيام بدورها لابد من توفير حلول لما ترتب على تغيير سعر الصرف على نشاط الشركات . وقد أدى تحرير سعر صرف العمله الذي طرأ عليه تعويم وأصبح محرر بشكل كامل،لا تتدخل الحكومة في تحديده بشكل مباشر وإنما يتم إفرازه تلقيائيا في سوق العملات من خلال آلية العرض والطلب التي تسمح بتحديد سعر صرف العملة الوطنية مقابل العملات الأجنبية . وحيث أن الشركة المصرية القابضة للصوامع والتخزين ( دراسة حالة ) إحدى شركات قطاع الأعمال العام رأس مالها معتمد على القروض ( الأجنبي / المحلي)، فإن تغيير سعر الصرف يمثل تأثيراً سلبياً على نشاطها ،الذي يتبنى مجال إنشاء وتشغيل وإدارة وتطوير الصوامع .وعليه فأن الشركة بحاجة إلي الأموال والتمويل والقروض لتحقيق المنفعة للمواطين لدعم رغيف العيش .وقد قامت الشركة بالإقتراض من عدد جهات دولية لتوفير العملة الأجنبية للإنفاق على أعمال الانشاء للصوامع .ومن هنا كان المهم تسليط الضوء على أثر أزمة سعر الصرف على الشركات والتحقق خلال هذه الدراسة من أن تنفيذها بالشكل الصحيح يؤدي الي تحسين نشاط الشركات بشكل ملحوظ .

Summary, etc.	The exchange rate is linked to all economic variables directly and indirectly, and it is like a mirror reflecting the national economy and its health.The deterioration of the exchange rate means that there are imbalances in the economic position, as the instability of the exchange rate reflects disturbances in the economic balance of the country, and affects the attraction of direct and indirect foreign investments. The stability of the exchange rate gives foreign investors security for their investments, as it enables them to transfer the profits that can be achieved and also the value of their capital at the end of the project period. Accordingly, the exchange rate and its stability are an indicator of the health of the country's foreign relations and external balance.The change in the exchange rate has led to the emergence of many risks and crises for companies, which people should be aware of and avoid falling into. Hence, the interest in studying the impact of the change in the exchange rate on the activity of funded companies has increased.With foreign loans in Egypt, To maintain the development of companies and achieve their activities, achievements and goals, and to play their role Solutions must be provided for the effects of the exchange rate change on companies’ activities.The exchange rate of the currency was floated and became completely free.The government does not intervene in determining it directly, but rather it is secreted through transfers in the currency market.Through the supply and demand mechanism that allows the exchange rate of the national currency to be determined against Foreign currencies. Whereas the Egyptian Holding Company for Silos and Storage (case study)A public sector company whose capital is based on loans (foreign/local), the change in the exchange rate has a negative impact on its activity.Which adopts the field of establishing, operating, managing and developing silos.Therefore, the company needs money, financing and loans to achieve benefits for citizens.<br/>Support a loaf of bread The company has borrowed from a number of international entities to provide foreign currency for spending.On the construction works of silos.Hence, it was important to shed light on the impact of the exchange rate crisis on companies and to verify during this study that its correct implementation leads to improving companies’ activity.
