| Summary, etc. | This study aims to investigate the impact of human capital management practices—namely talent retention, talent development, and predictive HR analytics—on organizational competitive advantage and customer satisfaction, with a focus on the service sector, particularly the aviation industry. It emphasizes the strategic importance of adopting innovative and flexible HR practices that enable organizations to adapt to rapidly changing business environments. The research was applied to Saudia Airlines in Egypt, including its branches in Cairo and Alexandria, using a field questionnaire distributed to a sample of 322 employees, with a response rate of 66% (213 valid responses).<br/>The findings revealed a strong positive correlation between human capital management practices and the organization's competitive advantage, highlighting the evolving role of HR from a traditional administrative function to a strategic driver of value and institutional transformation. However, the results did not show a statistically significant relationship between these HR practices and customer satisfaction, suggesting the presence of potential mediating or moderating factors. The study recommends future research to explore these factors, consider the alignment of HR strategies with the local context, broaden HR performance indicators, and adopt longitudinal studies to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of these relationships. |

| Summary, etc. | يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف تأثير ممارسات إدارة رأس المال البشري، ممثّلة في الاحتفاظ بالمواهب، وتطويرها، واستخدام التحليلات التنبؤية للموارد البشرية، على الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة ورضا العملاء، مع التركيز على قطاع الخدمات، وتحديدًا صناعة الطيران. كما يسلّط الضوء على أهمية تبنّي الممارسات الابتكارية في إدارة الموارد البشرية كأدوات مرنة واستباقية تساعد المؤسسات على التكيف مع بيئة الأعمال المتغيرة. تم تطبيق الدراسة على شركة الخطوط الجوية السعودية في مصر بفروعها في القاهرة والإسكندرية، باستخدام استبيان ميداني استهدف عينة من العاملين بلغ عددها 322 فردًا، استجاب منهم 213 بنسبة استجابة بلغت 66%.<br/>أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية بين ممارسات إدارة رأس المال البشري والميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة، ما يعكس التحول في دور إدارة الموارد البشرية من وظيفة تقليدية إلى محرك استراتيجي للقيمة والأداء. في المقابل، لم تُظهر النتائج علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين هذه الممارسات ورضا العملاء، ما يشير إلى وجود عوامل وسيطة محتملة تؤثر في هذه العلاقة. ويوصي البحث بإجراء دراسات مستقبلية تأخذ في الاعتبار السياق المحلي، وتوسيع مؤشرات قياس الأداء، واستخدام دراسات طولية لفهم العلاقة بشكل أعمق وأكثر شمولًا. |
