| Summary, etc. | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمسؤولية التقصيرية في الاستشارات الطبية الإلكترونية. وفيه المُقَدِّمَةُ: وقد ذكرت فيها أَهَمِيَّة البحث، وأَسبَاب اختِيَارهِ، وَتَسَاؤُلات البَحْثِ، وَأَهْدَافه، وَالدِّرَاسَات السَّابِقَة عليه، وَمَنْهَج البحث، وخطته.<br/>والتمهيد وقد تحدثت فيه: عن التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، وعن التطور التاريخي للاستشارات الإلكترونية. <br/>ثم بعد ذلك الفصل الأول، وتحدثت فيه عن: الاستشارات الإلكترونية والآثار الفقهية المترتبة عليها.<br/>ثم تناولت الفصل الثاني، وتحدثت فيه عن التطبيب عن بعد، ومتى يجب الضمان فيه، ، والأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالاستشارات الطبية الإلكترونية، ثم تحدثت عن العوض نظير الاستشارات الطبية الإلكترونية، وكيفية تحديد العوض عند الاتفاق أو الاختلاف فيه، ثم الخاتمة، والفهارس العامة.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | aims to clarify the jurisprudential provisions related to tort liability in electronic medical consultations. In the introduction, the researcher stated the importance , reasons, questions, objectives, previous studies, and the methodology. In the abstract, the researcher focused on the definition of the study terms and the historical evolution of the electronic consultations. In chapter one, the researcher mentioned online consultations and their jurisprudence effects. In chapter, the researcher talked about Telemedicine, when should a medical consultant consult?, the jurisprudence electronic medical consultations, offers for electronic medical consultations, and how to determine the inconsistencies. Then, The Conclusion includes the results of the study, and references. |
