| Summary, etc. | This thesis is concerned with the analysis of certain compounds containing <br/>Carbonyl group in bulk and pharmaceutical formulations as: <br/>1. Lercanidipine HCL(LER) & Atenolol (ATE) <br/>2. Prucalopride succinate (PRU) <br/>Two rapid, accurate, precise, and sensitive stability-indicating <br/>chromatographic methods were developed and validated for estimation LER <br/>&ATE in the presence of LER degradation products. The structures of the <br/>degradation products were elucidated using LC/MS. <br/>PRU was determined in human urine fluorometrically relying on its native <br/>fluorescence. The validated method obeys European Medicines Agency (EMA) <br/>guidelines. <br/>On the other hand, a fabrication of an electrode containing graphene <br/>nanocomposite as a transducer after selection of a suitable cation exchanger & <br/>ionophore was performed for the determination of PRU which provides better <br/>sensitivity. <br/>The third method for PRU determination was a voltammetric method <br/>which depends on a modification of carbon paste electrode using sephadex to <br/>determine PRU in API & pharmaceutical preparation besides its determination in <br/>human urine |

| Summary, etc. | مجموعة الكاربونيل هي بلا شك واحدة من أهمالمجموعات الوظيفية في الكيمياء العضوية. تفاعليتها تسمح بتفاعلات اشتقاق متنوعة، وهي سمة أساسية لخصائص بنيوية أو فسيولوجية خاصة.<br/>تتناول هذه الرسالة تطوير طرق تحليلية بسيطة وفعالة والتحليل الكمي لبعض الأدوية، وهي:<br/>خلیطمنالأتينولولمعھیدروكلوریدليركانديبينو سكسينات البروكالوبرايد كان الهدف من هذا العمل هو تطوير طرق تحليلية مختلفة تتميز بالبساطة والدقة ودرجة مناسبة من الحساسية لتحليل الأدوية المذكورة أعلاه في شكلها المسحوق والتراكيب الصيدلانية، وتطبيقها في السوئل الحيوية. علاوة على ذلك، تم تقديم GAPIللتحقق من المعايير الصديقة للبيئة لبعض الطرق. تحتوي هذه الأطروحة على5 فصول بالإضافة إلى ملخص باللغة العربية الفصول الخمسةهي:<br/>الفصل الأول: مقدمة عامة بالإضافة إلى التراث العلمي<br/>الفصل الثاني: تقنيات كروماتوغرافية شاملة ومعتمدة لتقدير هيدروكلوريد ليركانيديبين وأتينولول في التركيبة الصيدلانية وفي وجود منتجات تحلل ليركانيديبين باستخدام LC/MS <br/>الفصل الثالث: طريقة مطيافية فلورية معتمدة بيولوجيًا لتحديد سكسينات البروكالوبريد في عينات البول البشري وتقييم مدى خضرتها<br/>الفصل الرابع: تصنيع محول نانوي تنافسي واعد من الجرافين لتحديد سكسينات البروكالوبريد في التركيبة الصيدلانية وفي السوائل البيولوجية<br/>الفصل الخامس: طريقة فولتية الموجة المربعة لتحديد سكسينات البروكالوبريد في التركيبة الصيدلانية والسوائل البيولوجية بإستخدام قطب عجينة الكربون المعدل كيميائياً |
