Summary, etc.	Background: Abnormal placental implantation encompassing conditions such placenta accreta, <br/>Increta, placenta previa, and other related disorders that represent a critical obstetric complications <br/>for maternal and fetal well-being. Aim : This study aimed to assess Obstetrical profile of women <br/>during labor with abnormal placental implantation. Research Design: A descriptive research design <br/>was utilized in this study. Sample: A purposive sample of 150 pregnant women during the 3rd <br/>trimester of pregnancy diagnosed with abnormal placental implantation for a period of one year. <br/>Setting:The study was conducted at obstetrical departments at Kasr Al Ainy, Cairo University <br/>Hospital.Tools: Three tools were utilized to gather data of the current study; 1) Structured <br/>interviewing Questionnaire tool, 2) Labor monitoring for maternal & neonatal tool and 3) Post <br/>partum maternal assessment tool. Results: Findings of the current study revealed that mean of study <br/>sample was 32.4±5.7 years.The mean number of gravidity was 4.4± 1.7 and the mean number of <br/>parity was 3.1± 1.4. 10% from the study sample (n=15) reported previous history of abnormal <br/>placental implantation in the form of placental previa . Moreover, 92 % (n=138) from the study <br/>sample delivered by CS in previous pregnancies. Regarding to maternal outcomes during labor, <br/>86% of the study sample suffered from hemorrhage during delivery, 42.6% exposed to <br/>hysterectomy and only 15.6% of them had bladder injury.Regarding to Neonatal outcomes,42.2% <br/>admitted to NICU,72.2% needs CPR and the mean birth weight was 2634+ 383.6. Conclusion: <br/>abnormal placental implantation presents significant risks to maternal complications during labor <br/>such as hemorrhage, hysterectomy, and severe morbidity such as bladder injury and IUC admission. <br/>Recommendation: Increase awareness of women regarding complications from previous CS on future <br/>pregnancy outcomes.

Summary, etc.	المقدمة<br/>إندغام المشيمة الغيرطبيعي يعتبر من حالات الحمل ذات المخاطرالعالية بين النساء الحوامل.حيث تغزو خلايا المشيمة الرحم<br/>واختراق عضلة الرحم أو تمتد إلى الأعضاء المجاورة مثل المثانة أو الأمعاء. و هذا يؤدي إلى صعوبة انفصال المشيمة أثناء<br/>الولادة مما يشكل مخاطر تهدد حياة الأم بالنزيف واصابة الأعضاء مما قد يؤدي الي وفيات الأمهات وقد وجد ان ارتفاع معدل<br/>حدوث الاندغام الغير طبيعى للمشيمة نتيجة زيادة معدل عمليات الولادة القيصرية<br/>الهدف من البحث: تحديد سمات الأم أثناء الولادة التي لديها إندغام المشيمة الغير طبيعي<br/>تصميم البحث :بحث وصفي لتحديد سمات الأم أثناء الولادة التي لديها إندغام المشيمة الغير طبيعي<br/>مكان البحث : وحدة الولادة)قسم (10 و وحدة الحمل الحرج ) قسم 32و(21 و قسم عمليات النساو التوليد - مستشفي النساء و<br/>التوليد بمستشفي القصر العيني جامعة القاهرة<br/>العينة : تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 150 سيدة تم تشخيص إصابتهن بإندغام المشيمة الغيرطبيعى عن طريق الفحص بالموجات<br/>فوق الصوتية اثناء الثلث الاخير من الحمل.<br/>أدوات البحث<br/>تم تجميع البيانات اللأزمة من خلال استخدام الأدوات الأنية<br/>الاستبيان الاول ) استبيان المقابلة الشخصية :( تشمل اسئلة لمعرفة البيانات الديمجرافية للأم -تاريخ أمراض النساء -<br/>البيانات المتعلقة بالتاريخ الانجابي السابق - التاريخ الانجابي الحالي<br/>مثل النزيف -<br/>اثناء الولادة<br/>و الطفل اثناء الولادة :( تشمل ملاحظة حدوث اي مضاعفات<br/>الاستبيان الثاني) استبيان متابعة الأم<br/>استئصالالرحم - اصابة المثانة)استبيان ملاحظة الطفل بعد الولادة( : تشمل ملاحظة ابجار للطفل - انعاش القلب للطفل - دخول الطفل الرعاية<br/>المركزة - وفاة الطفل<br/>الاستبيان الثالث يشمل علي -1 )استبيان ملاحظة الأم بعد الولادة ( : تشمل ملاحظة نزيف الأم بعد الولادة - الاحتياج الي نقل دم وكذلك دخول<br/>الام لوحدة الرعاية المركزة
