Summary, etc.	Background: Post-mastectomy Lymphedema is known as a secondary complication <br/>of breast cancer treatment, caused by reduction on lymphatic flow and lymph <br/>accumulation on interstitial space. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) <br/>stretching techniques are commonly used in the athletic and clinical environments to <br/>enhance both active and passive range of motion (ROM) with a view to optimizing <br/>motor performance and rehabilitation. PNF stretching is positioned in the literature as <br/>the most effective stretching technique when the aim is to increase ROM, particularly in <br/>respect to short-term changes in ROM. Aim: To systematically review the published <br/>randomized control trials (RCTs) about the effect of PNF for post mastectomy <br/>lymphedema. Methods: An electronic search was made in Cochrane library, <br/>Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro), Google scholar and PubMed database and <br/>last updated in February 2025. Two independent reviewers selected the eligible studies <br/>according to inclusion criteria and extracted data from the included studies and <br/>assessed their methodological quality using ROB 2 tool and the Grading of <br/>Recommendations Assessment, Developmental and Evaluation (GRADE) approaches <br/>was used for assessment of evidence quality. Results: When searching databases four <br/>studies met the inclusion criteria. Assessing the risk of bias, Three studies with high risk <br/>of bias and one study with some concern. The certainty of evidence was rated as very <br/>low (GRADE D). sensitive analysis was done because of heterogeneity of the included <br/>studies. Conclusion: Although PNF showed improvement in the measured outcomes in <br/>the included studies compared to control groups, the present evidence for its <br/>effectiveness is still very low and more studies with high quality methods are needed to <br/>confirm the evidence.

Summary, etc.	الخلفية: تُعرف الوذمة اللمفية بأنها من المضاعفات الثانوية الشائعة لعلاج سرطان الثدي، وتحدث نتيجة انخفاض تدفق السائل اللمفاوي وتراكمه في الفراغات بين الخلايا. تُستخدم تقنيات التمدد الخاصة بالتسهيل العصبي العضلي التناسقيبشكل شائع في البيئات الرياضية والسريرية لتحسين مدى الحركة النشط والسلبي بهدف تعزيز الأداء الحركي وإعادة التأهيل. وقد وُصفت تمارين التمدد باستخدامالتحفيز التحضيرى للحركة العصبية العضلية في الأدبيات العلمية بأنها من أكثر التقنيات فعالية في زيادة مدى الحركة، لا سيما على المدى القصير.<br/>الهدف:إجراء مراجعة منهجية للتجارب السريرية العشوائيةالمنشورة حول تأثيرالتحفيز التحضيرى للحركة العصبية العضلية على الوذمة اللمفية بعد استئصال الثدي.<br/>الطريقة:تم إجراء بحث إلكتروني في قواعد البيانات: مكتبة كوكرين، قاعدة بيانات الأدلة في العلاج الطبيعي، جوجل سكولار، وببمد. وتم تحديث البحث آخر مرة في فبراير 2025. قام اثنان من المراجعين المستقلين باختيار الدراسات المؤهلة وفقًا لمعايير الاشتمال، واستخلاص البيانات منها، وتقييم جودتها المنهجية باستخدام اداة روب تو ، كما تم استخدام منهججودة الادلة وقوة التوصيات فى الابحاث الطبية والصحية.<br/>النتائج:أربعة دراسات استوفت معايير الاشتمال. ثلاث منها كانت جودتها ذات خطر تحيز مرتفع، ودراسة واحدة كانت جودتها فى موضع شك وكان مستوى الدليل بشكل عام منخفض جدًا . لم يكن من الممكن إجراء تحليل تلويبسبب عدم تجانس البيانات.<br/>الاستنتاج:على الرغم من أن تقنيةالتحفيز التحضيرى للحركة العصبية العضليةأظهرت تحسنًا في النتائج المقاسة مقارنة بالمجموعات الضابطة في الدراسات المشمولة، إلا أن الأدلة الحالية على فعاليتها لا تزال ضعيفة جدًا. هناك حاجة إلى المزيد من الدراسات عالية الجودة لتأكيد فعالية هذا التدخل.
