| Summary, etc. | Back ground: Fibromyalgia (FMS) is a chronic pain condition characterized by generalized musculoskeletal pain, hyperalgesia and allodynia, commonly associated with other symptoms such as fatigue, poor sleep quality, anxiety and depression. <br/>Purpose: To systematically summarize the randomized controlled studies that investigated the evidence based physical therapy interventions and its effect for fibromyalgia management. <br/>Methods: Four electronic databases (PubMed, Pedro, Cochrane and Google Scholar) were searched from 2014 till 2024. Study selection: Two independent reviewers screened studies for eligibility first by title then by abstract then finally by full text. 13 studies met the inclusion criteria of this review, all of them were about evidence-based physical therapy interventions for fibromyalgia management. Quality was assessed using Pedro score and the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. <br/>Data synthesis: 13 studies were included in the quality assessment. For assessment only randomize allocial partial the assessor and follow up for more than 85 % for at least one key outcome in the studies which decrease the risk of bias in the studies and increase its quality. While, the high risk of bias represented in one study with 4 yes and 2 studies with 5 yes. The rest of studies were between six and eight yes indicating good quality. <br/>Results: The study showed that there was all intervention were significant effect of evidence based physical not match with results therapy interventions determine type and interventions for Fibromyalgia in the following outcome masseurs (HR, Fatigue, Quality of Life, depression, Pain, General health, Mental health, and Social functioning). <br/>Conclusion: This systematic review showed that there were effects of Evidence based physical therapy intervention improves symptoms and enhances quality of life over stats and the confusion without accounting variable between studies better evidence – based therapy intervening are associated with improvements in symptoms and QOL in individuals with FMs although results vary depending on the type of intervention and study quality in individuals with fibromyalgia. |

| Summary, etc. | الخلفية: الألم العضلي الليفي (FMS) هو حالة ألم مزمن تتميز بألم عضلي هيكلي عام، وفرط تألم، وألم جلدي، ويرتبط عادةً بأعراض أخرى مثل التعب، وسوء جودة النوم، والقلق، والاكتئاب.<br/>الغرض: تلخيص منهجي للدراسات العشوائية المضبوطة التي بحثت في تدخلات العلاج الطبيعي القائمة على الأدلة لإدارة الألم العضلي الليفي.<br/>المنهجية: تم البحث في أربع قواعد بيانات إلكترونية (PubMed، وPedro، وCochrane، وGoogle Scholar) من عام 2014 إلى عام 2024. اختيار الدراسة: قام مراجعان مستقلان بفحص الدراسات من حيث الأهلية، أولاً حسب العنوان، ثم حسب الملخص، وأخيراً حسب النص الكامل. استوفت 13 دراسة معايير الإدراج في هذه المراجعة، وكانت جميعها حول تدخلات العلاج الطبيعي القائمة على الأدلة لإدارة الألم العضلي الليفي. تم تقييم الجودة باستخدام درجة بيدرو وأداة تقييم مخاطر التحيز من كوكرين.<br/>تجميع البيانات: تم تضمين 13 دراسة في تقييم الجودة. كان هناك تعمية للمقيم ومتابعة لأكثر من 85٪ لنتيجة رئيسية واحدة على الأقل في الدراسات مما يقلل من خطر التحيز في الدراسات ويزيد من جودتها. في حين أن الخطر العالي للتحيز يتمثل في دراسة واحدة بـ 4 نعم ودراستين بـ 5 نعم. كانت بقية الدراسات بين 6 و 8 نعم مما يدل على جودة جيدة.<br/>النتائج: أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك تأثيرًا كبيرًا لتدخلات العلاج الطبيعي القائمة على الأدلة لمرض الألم العضلي الليفي في مدلكي النتائج التالية (سرعة ضربات القلب، والتعب، ونوعية الحياة، والاكتئاب، والألم، والصحة العامة، والصحة العقلية، والأداء الاجتماعي).<br/>الخلاصة: أظهرت هذه المراجعة المنهجية أن هناك آثارًا لتدخل العلاج الطبيعي القائم على الأدلة على تحسين الأعراض وتعزيز نوعية الحياة لدى الأفراد المصابين بالألم العضلي الليفي. |
