| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث تنمية الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية لتلميذات الصف الأول الإعدادي الوافدات بالأزهر الشريف؛ ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إعداد: استبانة بالأحكام الفقهية ومهارات الوعي بها المناسبة لتلميذات الصف الأول الإعدادي الوافدات بالأزهر الشريف، ومقياس الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية والذي تضمن اختبارا تحصيليا لقياس الجانب المعرفي واختبار أداء لقياس الجانب المهاري ومقياس اتجاه لقياس الجانب الوجداني، كما تم وضع تصور لاستخدام نموذج كولب لتنمية الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية، وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية وإعداد التصور المقترح لاستخدام نموذج كولب، تم اختيار مجموعة بحثية مكونة من 30 تلميذة من تلميذات الصف الأول الإعدادي الوافدات بالأزهر الشريف، وتم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين: (15) تلميذة يمثلون المجموعة التجريبية، و(15) تلميذة يمثلون المجموعة الضابطة، وأكدت نتائج البحث وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى0.01 في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية للمجموعة التجريبية ، وفي ضوء ذلك أوصت الباحثة بالاهتمام بتنمية الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية المتضمنة في مناهج تدريس الفقه للطلاب الوافدين بالأزهر الشريف، وتم تقديم بعض المقترحات البحثية.<br/>أدوات البحث: 1-استبانة بالأحكام الفقهية ومهارات الوعي بها المناسبة لتلميذات الصف الأول الإعدادي الوافدات بالأزهر الشريف.2-مقياس الوعي بالأحكام الفقهية والذي تضمن اختبارا تحصيليا لقياس الجانب المعرفي واختبار أداء لقياس الجانب المهاري ومقياس اتجاه لقياس الجانب الوجداني.عينة البحث:مجموعة بحثية مكونة من 30 تلميذة من تلميذات الصف الأول الإعدادي الوافدات بالأزهر الشريف، وتم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين: (15) تلميذة يمثلون المجموعة التجريبية، و(15) تلميذة يمثلون المجموعة الضابطة. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of the research is to develop awareness of jurisprudential rulings for first-year preparatory school students coming to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. To achieve the aim of the research, a questionnaire was prepared on jurisprudential rulings and awareness skills appropriate for first-year preparatory school students coming to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and a scale of awareness of jurisprudential rulings, which included an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect, an attitude test to measure the skill aspect, and an attitude scale to measure the emotional aspect. A vision was also developed to use Kolb's model to develop awareness of jurisprudential rulings.After verifying the psychometric properties of the jurisprudential rulings awareness scale and preparing the proposed vision for using Kolb's model, a research group consisting of 30 first-year preparatory school students coming to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif was selected, and they were divided into two groups: (15) students representing the experimental group, and (15) students representing the control group.The research results confirmed the existence of a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level in the post-application of the scale of awareness of jurisprudential rulings for the experimental group. In light of this, the researcher recommended paying attention to developing awareness of jurisprudential rulings included in the curricula for teaching jurisprudence to incoming students at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and some research proposals were presented. |
