| Summary, etc. | Mastitis is one of the costliest production diseases in the dairy industry that is <br/>caused by many of microorganisms. E. coli is most common incriminated cause <br/>of bovine mastitis even in well-managed herds. In this work, a total of E. coli <br/>isolated from mastitic buffaloes and cows was 38% (76 out of 200 mastitic milk <br/>samples); 71were identified from 160 cow mastitic milk samples and 5 E. coli <br/>isolates from 40 buffalo mastitic milk samples in period from December 2019 <br/>till January 2022 from Giza government. E. coli were isolated, identified <br/>biochemically and confirmed at the molecular level. The serotypes of E. coli <br/>revealed (O148, O125, O166, O158, O146, O126, O27, O26, O111, O1, O18, <br/>O55, O119, O86a, O114, O78, O169, O25, O168, O157) from cow mastitic <br/>milk and (O55,O125,O86a,O124) from buffalo mastitic milk. Antimicrobial <br/>susceptibility test was assessed by using the disk diffusion method to determine <br/>multi drug resistant (MDR), all E. coli isolated were resistant to one or more <br/>antibiotics. The recovered E. coli strains were also screened by Polymerase <br/>chain reaction (PCR) to detect the presence of antibiotic resistance genes (bla <br/>Tem, bla CTX-M, qnr, and Kan genes) and Virulence genes (stx2 and eaeA) <br/>genes. |

| Summary, etc. | يعد التهاب الضرع أحد أكثر أمراض الإنتاج تكلفة في صناعة الألبان والذي تسببه العديد من الكائنات الحية الدقيقة. وتعتبر الإشريكية القولونية السبب الأكثر شيوعًا لالتهاب الضرع البقري حتى في القطعان التي تتم إدارتها بشكل جيد في هذه الدراسه، تم جمع 200 عينة من حليب الابقار والجاموس وفحصها ميكروبيولوجياً للكشف عن بكتيريا الإشريكية القولونية. وكانت نسبة الإصابة بمعزولات الإشريكية القولونية 38% (76/200). بنسبه 44.4% (71/160) من عينات حليب الابقار ونحو 2.5% (5/40) من عينات حليب الجاموس في الفتره من ديسمبر 2019 وحتي يناير2021.تم عزل البكتيريا والكشف عنها كيميائيا وتاكيدها على المستوي الجزيئي. تم الكشف عن الأنماط المختلفه للاشريكيه القولونيه وتم تصنيفها علي على أنها 23 نمط مختلف في سلالات الإشريكية القولونية في الأبقار وهي: (O148، O125، O166، O158، O146، O126، O27، O26، O111، O1، O18، O55، O119، O86a، O114، O78، O169، O25، O168، O1)، بينما تم تحديد 4 أنماط مختلفة في سلالات الإشريكية القولونية في الجاموس وهي: (O55، O125، O86a، O124)، تم تقييم اختبار الحساسية للمضادات الحيوية باستخدام طريقة الانتشار الطبقي لتحديد المقاومة للأدوية المتعددة، وكانت جميع الاشريكيه القولونيه المعزوله مقاومه لواحد او أكثر من المضادات الحيويه. تم أيضًا فحص سلالات الإشريكية القولونية بواسطة تفاعل البوليميراز المتسلسل للكشف عن وجود جينات مقاومه المضادات الحيويه وهي شيجا والانتامين وجينات الخبث والخطوره وهي: (blaTem وbla CTX-M وqnr وKan). |
