Summary, etc. Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marginal gap and internal fit of implant-supported <br/>hybrid abutment crowns (HACs) fabricated from advanced lithium disilicate (CEREC Tessera) and <br/>lithium disilicate (IPS e.max CAD). <br/>Materials and Methods: A total of twenty-four HACs with custom-milled screw channels were <br/>fabricated using a digital workflow from CEREC Tessera and IPS e.max CAD (n=12 per group). <br/>Marginal adaptation was assessed using a stereomicroscope, while the internal fit was evaluated using <br/>the replica technique. Data were collected and statistically analyzed. <br/><br/>Results: A statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in terms of <br/>marginal adaptation (P=0.001), where CEREC Tessera exhibited a lower marginal gap. However, no <br/>statistically significant difference was found between the two groups regarding internal fit (P=0.056). <br/><br/>Conclusion: Both CEREC Tessera and IPS e.max CAD hybrid abutment crowns demonstrated <br/>clinically acceptable marginal adaptation and internal fit within the established clinical values. <br/>Notably, CEREC Tessera showed significantly superior marginal adaptation compared to IPS e.max <br/>CAD.

Summary, etc. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الدقة الحافية والملائمة الداخلية للتيجان ذات الدعامات الهجينة المحملة على الغرسات والمصنوعة من مادتي ثنائي سيليكات الليثيوم: سيريك تيسيرا و آي بي إس إي ماكس.<br/>تم تصنيع 24 تاجًا ذو دعامات هجينه مع قنوات مسامير مخصصة باستخدام التقنية الرقمية بالكامل، وتم تخصيص 12 تاجًا لكل مجموعة. تم تقييم الدقة الحافية باستخدام المجهر الالكتروني (الاستريو)، بينما تم قياس الملائمة الداخلية باستخدام تقنية الطبعة المتماثلة وشملت التحليلات الإحصائية اختبارات التوزيع الطبيعي تلاها اختبار تحديد مستوي الدلالة (P<0.05).<br/>أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق إحصائي في الدقة الحافية بين المجموعتين (P=0.001)، حيث سجلت مجموعة سيريك تيسيرا فجوة حافية أقل.، ولم يكن هناك فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين فيما يتعلق بالملائمة الداخلية (P=0.056). <br/>في حدود هذه الدراسة، كلتا المادتين أظهرتا تكيفًا حافيًا وملائمه داخليه ضمن الحدود المقبولة سريريًا، وضمن النطاقات المذكورة في الأبحاث العلمية، تدعم هذه النتائج استخدام المادتين في الترميمات المدعومة بالزرعات.
