Summary, etc.	هدفت الدراسة لتقييم دور إدارة المعرفة في الحد من المخاطر التشغيلية في البورصة المصرية ولتحقيق ذلك تم أجراء التقييم والمقارنة (benchmarking) علي مستوي الدراسة الميدانية لعينة من العاملين بالشركات التابعة للبورصة المصرية، والذي تم ببناء أستبيان وقياس صدقه وتوزيعه من خلال دراسة ميدانية مع تقييم متغيرات الدراسة وأختبار فروضها الرئيسية والفرعية. وأستخلاص النتائج الآتية:1.نتائج أختبارات الثبات والصدق لأبعاد إدارة المعرفة، تراوحت قيم معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ بين 0.882 و0.898 وتراوحت قيم معاملات الثبات المركب بين 0.914 و0.925 ومتوسط التباين المفسر تراوحت بين 0.681 و0.710 وكانت جميعها أكبر من 50%، وعليه يمكن الأخذ بتلك الآراء والأستناد إلى ما يتم الحصول عليه من آراء ومن نتائج لأختبارات.2. نتائج تقييم العاملين بالبورصة المصرية لمتغيرى الدراسة أثبتت أن إدراكهم لكل من المتغير المستقل (إدارة المعرفة) وأبعاده الثلاثة (تخزين المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، نشر المعرفة) والمتغير التابع (الحد من المخاطر التشغيلية) وأبعاده الثلاثة ( تقييم المخاطر، مراجعة المخاطر، مواجهة المخاطر هي قيم مرتفعة في المجتمع تميل للموافقة بشدة.3. نتائج أختبار الفرض الرئيسي الأول وفروضه الفرعية الثلاثة بإستخدام أسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية SEM وتقييم النموذج بعدد من معايير الحكم على جودة النموذج والأعتماد عليه والتي أثبتت صحة الفرض الرئيسي الأول بوجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية بين تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وأبعادها الثلاثة في الحد من المخاطر التشغيلية، وأثبتت صحة فروضه الفرعية الثلاثة.4. نتائج أختبارات الفرض الرئيسي الثاني أثبتت صحته جزئيا من خلال عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أستجابات الذكور والأناث، ووجود فروق معنوية لباقي الخصائص الديموجرافية (العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة).

Summary, etc.	The study aimed to evaluate the role of knowledge management in mitigating operational risks in the Egyptian Stock Exchange. To achieve this, an evaluation and benchmarking were conducted at the field study level on a sample of employees from the companies affiliated with the Egyptian Stock Exchange. This was done by constructing a questionnaire, measuring its validity, and distributing it through a field study, along with evaluating the study variables and testing its main and sub-hypotheses ،leading to the following results:1. The results of the reliability and validity tests for the dimensions of knowledge management showed that the Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients ranged between 0.882 and 0.898, the composite reliability coefficients ranged between 0.914 and 0.925, and the average variance extracted ranged between 0.681 and 0.710, all of which were greater than 50%. Meanwhile, the reliability coefficients for the items related to operational risk mitigation were also acceptable. Therefore, these opinions can be considered and relied upon based on the obtained opinions and test results.2. The results of the evaluation of employees at the Egyptian Stock Exchange for the study variables proved that their perception of both the independent variable (Knowledge Management) and its three dimensions (Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Application, Knowledge Dissemination) and the dependent variable (Operational Risk Mitigation) and its three dimensions (Risk Assessment, Risk Review, Risk Response) are high values in the community that tend to strongly agree.<br/>3. The results of testing the first main hypothesis and its three sub-hypotheses using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and evaluating the model with several criteria for judging the model's quality and reliability, which confirmed the validity of the first main hypothesis by showing a significant impact between the application of knowledge management and its three dimensions in reducing operational risks, and confirmed the validity of its three sub-hypotheses.4. The results of the second main hypothesis tests partially confirmed its validity by showing no statistically significant differences between the responses of males and females, and the presence of significant differences for the other demographic characteristics (age, educational qualification, years of experience).
