| Summary, etc. | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير إطار استرشادي شامل لإدارة المخاطر في القطاع المالي غير المصرفي، مع تطبيق خاص على شركات التمويل متناهي الصغر في مصر، بما يعزز دورها في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وزيادة القيمة المؤسسية. تسعى الدراسة إلى معالجة الفجوات في الممارسات الحالية لإدارة المخاطر من خلال تحديد وتحليل العناصر الأكثر تأثيرًا في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي والاستدامة الاقتصادية لهذه الشركات.<br/>اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية وصفية تحليلية قائمة على جمع البيانات الأولية والثانوية من خلال استبيانات موجهة ومقابلات ميدانية مع خبراء ومديري إدارة المخاطر في شركات التمويل متناهي الصغر. كما شملت الدراسة تحليلًا كميًا باستخدام أدوات إحصائية متقدمة لقياس العلاقة بين تطبيق عناصر أطر إدارة المخاطر مثل تحديد المخاطر، تقييمها، معالجتها، ورصدها وبين تحقيق النمو وزيادة القيمة الاقتصادية.<br/>أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق عناصر أطر إدارة المخاطر وبين تحقيق النمو المؤسسي وزيادة القيمة الاقتصادية. وبيّنت الدراسة أن "تقييم المخاطر" و"معالجتها" هما الأكثر تأثيرًا في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي. ومع ذلك، كشفت النتائج عن وجود تحديات رئيسية تعيق فعالية إدارة المخاطر، مثل نقص الوعي بأهميتها، قلة الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة، وضعف البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، مما يؤدي إلى فجوات في تحقيق الكفاءة المؤسسية.استنادًا إلى هذه النتائج، تقدم الدراسة إطارًا استرشاديًا يتضمن مجموعة من التوصيات العملية التي تركز على تعزيز ثقافة إدارة المخاطر داخل الشركات، وزيادة الاستثمارات في تطوير الموارد البشرية والتكنولوجية، ودمج معايير إدارة المخاطر الدولية في الممارسات اليومية. يهدف هذا الإطار إلى تعزيز قدرة شركات التمويل متناهي الصغر على مواجهة التحديات وتحقيق الاستدامة الاقتصادية، مما ينعكس إيجابيًا على استقرار القطاع المالي غير المصرفي ككل. |

| Summary, etc. | This thesis presents a proposed framework for enhancing risk management in the non-banking financial sector, with a particular focus on microfinance companies in Egypt. The study aims to identify key components of risk management frameworks that can contribute to growth and increase the economic value of these institutions.Utilizing a descriptive analytical methodology, the research includes a field study conducted with a sample of risk management managers and officials from various microfinance companies. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive relationship between the implementation of risk management framework elements such as risk identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring and the achievement of growth and economic value in microfinance firms.<br/>Key results indicate that the most impactful elements on growth and economic value are "risk assessment" and "risk treatment." Furthermore, the study identifies several challenges hindering effective risk management in microfinance institutions, notably a lack of awareness regarding the importance of risk management, a shortage of qualified personnel, and inadequate technological infrastructure.<br/>In light of these findings, the study recommends enhancing the application of risk management framework elements within microfinance companies by increasing awareness, developing qualified human resources, and improving technological infrastructure. This approach is expected to positively influence the growth and economic value of these institutions, thereby strengthening the overall stability of the non-banking financial sector in Egypt. |
