| Summary, etc. | تعرض هذا البحث لدراسة المعايير الشرعية الخاصة بالتوثيق المالية لهيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية (أيوفي). وقد بدأ البحث بالحديث عن التأصيل النظري بمقدمة وتمهيد حول نشأة هيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة (أيوفي)، وعن دورها في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، ثم تعرض للحديث عن معايير التوثيق المالي بصفة عامة ودورها في ضبط المعاملات المالية. ثم تناول التأصيل النظري والأحكام الفقهية لمعايير: الضمانات، والحوالة، والرهن. وكذلك الصور الحديثة لهذه المعايير في الهيئات الشرعية في المصارف الإسلامية. وانتهى البحث بخاتمة مشتملة على أهم النتائج والتوصيات. |
