| Summary, etc. | تستهدف الدراسة التعرف على دور البرامج الحوارية في تشكيل وعى الجمهور وتوجهاته نحو قضايا التغيرات المناخية في مدينتي القاهرة والجزائر العاصمة، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واُستخدم خلالها المنهج الأنثروبولوجي، والمنهج المقارن، ومنهج تحليل المضمون، واستخدمت الدراسة نظريات الاعتماد على وسائل الاعلام، ونظرية الايكولوجيا الثقافية، ونظرية رؤى العالم، واعتمدت على أداة الاستبيان بالتطبيق على 200 فرد من الجمهور المصري، و200 فرد من الجمهور الجزائري الكترونياً، الى جانب القيام باستبيان بالمقابلة لعدد 60 مفردة من الجمهور المصري، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام أداة تحليل المضمون لعينة الدراسة من البرامج التليفزيونية الحوارية، على مدار 3 أشهر (في الفترة من اكتوبر حتى ديسمبر 2022)، تزامناً مع استضافة مصر لفعاليات المؤتمر العالمي للمناخ COP 27، وتتضمن عينة تحليل المضمون برنامجي (هنا الجزائر/ الظهيرة) بالتليفزيون الجزائري، وبرنامجي (صباح الخير يا مصر/ التاسعة) بالتليفزيون المصري.وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة الى أربعة فصول:الفصل الأول: الإطار النظري والمنهجي للدراسة- الفصل الثاني: التغيرات المناخية في القاهرة والجزائر العاصمة-الفصل الثالث البرامج الحوارية في القاهرة والجزائر العاصمة-الفصل الرابع: الدراسة الميدانية وجاءت اهم نتائج الدراسة في تفوق البرامج المصرية عن البرامج الجزائرية في المساحة الزمنية التي خصصتها لقضايا البيئة بشكل عام، ومن ضمنها التغيرات المناخية، وتشابه المجتمع المصري مع الجزائري في كثير من التوجهات والنتائج عن اهم المشكلات التي تعاني منها البيئة حالياً، وفى مدى معرفة المبحوثين بمصر والجزائر ببعض الظواهر المرتبطة بالتغيرات المناخية، كما اكدت النتائج عدم وضوح التأثيرات غير المباشرة لقضايا التغيرات المناخية لدى المواطن بالشكل المطلوب، واحتياج الاعلام في كل من مجتمعي الدراسة لتوضيح مدى الخطورة الفعلية للأزمة. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aims to identify the role of talk shows in shaping public awareness and attitudes towards climate change issues in the cities of Cairo and Algiers. This is a descriptive study, and the anthropological approach, the comparative approach, and the content analysis approach were used. The study used the theories of media dependency, the theory of cultural ecology, and the theory of worldviews. It relied on the questionnaire tool, applied to 200 individuals from the Egyptian public, and 200 individuals from the Algerian public electronically, in addition to conducting an interview questionnaire for 60 individuals from the Egyptian public. The study also relied on the use of the content analysis tool for the study sample of television talk shows, over a period of 3 months (from October to December 2022), coinciding with Egypt hosting the activities of the World Climate Conference COP27. The content analysis sample includes the programs (Here is Algeria/Noon) on Algerian television, and (Good Morning Egypt/Nine O'Clock) on Egyptian television.The study is divided into four chapters:- Chapter One: Theoretical and Methodological Framework of the Study- Chapter Two: Climate Change in Cairo and Algiers<br/>- Chapter Three: Talk Shows in Cairo and Algiers- Chapter Four: Field StudyThe most important results of the study were the superiority of Egyptian programs over Algerian programs in the time allocated to environmental issues in general, including climate change, and the similarity of Egyptian society to Algerian society in many trends and results about the most important problems currently facing the environment, and in the extent of the knowledge of the respondents in Egypt and Algeria about some phenomena related to climate change. The results also confirmed the lack of clarity of the indirect effects of climate change issues on the citizen in the required manner, and the need for the media in both study societies to clarify the actual severity of the crisis. |
