| Summary, etc. | تهدف هذه الدراسة الي إلقاء الضوء على أثر تطبيق منهجية ادارة المشروعات على تسويق منتجات الصناعات الإنشائية كمدخل إداري وعنصر أساسي من العناصر المؤثر في تحسين الاداء التسويقي لتحقيق الأهداف. <br/>وتطبيق منهجية ادارة المشروعات عملية مستمرة. وتم إجراء دراسة استطلاعية تستهدف أثر تطبيق منهجية ادارة المشروعات على تسويق منتجات الصناعات الإنشائية من خلال فرض رئيسي يتفرع منه عدة فروض فرعية، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على الشركة المصرية الألمانية للصناعات الإنشائية ايجيك وكانت اهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها ان هناك تأثير معنوي إيجابي أثر تطبيق منهجية ادارة المشروعات على تسويق منتجات الصناعات الإنشائية وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بمنهجية ادارة المشروعات لتفاعلها الإيجابي مع تحسين الاداء التسويقي لمنتجات الصناعات الإنشائية الذي يؤدي الي زيادة قيمة الشركة.حيث ان تطبيق منهجية إدارة المشاريع على تسويق منتجات الصناعات الإنشائية يمكن أن يكون له تأثيرات كبيرة على تحسين الفعالية والكفاءة في هذا المجال. سأقدم لك نظرة عامة على الأثر المحتمل مع نتائج وتوصيات حول كيفية تحسين تسويق منتجات الصناعات الإنشائية من خلال منهجية إدارة المشاريع. |

| Summary, etc. | This study aims to shed light on the impact of applying the project management methodology on marketing construction industry products as an administrative approach and a basic element of the elements influencing the improvement of marketing performance to achieve the objectives. Applying the project management methodology is an ongoing process. A survey study was conducted targeting the impact of applying the project management methodology on marketing construction industry products through a main hypothesis from which several sub-hypotheses branch out. The study was applied to the Egyptian German Construction Industries Company (EGIC). The most important results reached were that there is a positive moral impact of applying the project management methodology on marketing construction industry products. The study recommended the need to pay attention to the project management methodology for its positive interaction with improving the marketing performance of construction industry products, which leads to increasing the company's value. |
