| Summary, etc. | This thesis quantitatively analyzes some pharmaceutical compounds containing heterocyclic rings, either alone or in conjunction with other medications. The pharmaceuticals include Canagliflozin (CANA), Irinotecan hydrochloride (IRNO), and a binary mixture of Racecadotril (RAC) and Ofloxacin (OFLU). Our research aimed to develop accurate, eco-friendly, and sensitive analytical techniques for the estimation of designated compounds in their pure form, in conjunction with dosage-form excipients, impurities, and in biological matrices. <br/>Chapter I; General Introduction and Literature Review<br/>Chapter II; Green Sustainable Assessment of Stability Indicating First Derivative Synchronous Fluorimetry for Determination of Anti-Diabetic Drug with its Toxic Impurity<br/>Chapter III; Innovative Green Stability-Indicating HPLC Method Coupled with Fluorescence Detection for Determination of Antidiabetic Agent Canagliflozin<br/>Chapter IV; Sustainable Potentiometric Sensors for Determination of Irinotecan in Different Matrices and in the Presence of Co Administrated Drugs<br/>Chapter V; Greenness Assessment Profile of Experimentally Designed Chromatographic Method for the Simultaneous Analysis of Ofloxacin and Racecadotril in the Presence of Racecadotril Impurities<br/>Chapter VI; Green Univariate and Multivariate Spectrophotometric Methods were Developed for Determination of Ofloxacin, Racecadotril and Racecadotril impurities in their Quaternary Mixture. |
