| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تنمية رأس المال النفسي وأثره على الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين من ذوى الإحتياجات الخاصة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 معلما ومعلمة تراوحت أعمارهم بين (30 – 55) بمتوسط عمر (42) عام وإنحراف معيارى (7.2) من ذوى الإحتياجات الخاصة بمديريتى التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القاهرة والجيزة ، تم استخدام مقياس رأس المال النفسي (إعداد: وليد أبو المعاطى ، منار أحمد، 2018) ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي (إعداد الباحث) والبرنامج الإرشادى (إعداد الباحث)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمي المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس رأس المال النفسي وأبعاده الفرعية بعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادى لصالح المجموعة التجريبة، توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات معلمي المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس الرضا الوظيفي وأبعاده الفرعية بعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادى لصالج المجموعة التجريبة، وتوجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس رأس المال النفسي وأبعاده الفرعية بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما توجد فروق بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الرضا الوظيفي وأبعاده الفرعية بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ولا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس رأس المال النفسي وأبعاده الفرعية في التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي، كما لا توجد فروق بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الرضا الوظيفي وأبعاده الفرعية بين التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعى. |

| Summary, etc. | The current study aimed to develop psychological capital and its impact on job satisfaction among teachers with special needs. The study sample consisted of 30 male and female teachers aged between (30-55) with an average age of (42) years and a standard deviation of (7.2) from those with special needs in the Education Directorates of Cairo and Giza Governorates. The psychological capital scale (prepared by: Walid Abu Al-Maati, Manar Ahmed, 2018) and the job satisfaction scale (prepared by the researcher) and the guidance program (prepared by the researcher) were used. The study reached the following results: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers of the experimental and control groups on the psychological capital scale and its sub-dimensions after applying the guidance program in favor of the experimental group. There are differences between the average scores of teachers of the experimental and control groups on the job satisfaction scale and its sub-dimensions after applying the guidance program in favor of the experimental group. There are differences between the average scores of teachers of the experimental group on the psychological capital scale and its sub-dimensions between the pre- and post-applications. In favor of the post-application, there are also differences between the average scores of the experimental group on the job satisfaction scale and its sub-dimensions between the pre- and post-applications in favor of the post-application. There are no differences between the average scores of the experimental group teachers on the psychological capital scale and its sub-dimensions in the post- and follow-up applications. There are also no differences between the average scores of the experimental group on the job satisfaction scale and its sub-dimensions between the post- and follow-up applications. |
