| Summary, etc. | تناولت الدراسة قياس أداء المتاحف المصرية في ضوء مؤشرات مقبولة دوليا وإقليميًا مثل مؤشرات (الايزو) و(اعلم)، وذلك من خِلال تَطبيق (29) مُؤشرًا، على خمسة متاحف مصرية مثلت تنوعًا من حيث المقتنيات لرَصدْ الواقع الحالي وإبراز نقاط القوة والضعف بها وتقديم المُقترحات التي من شأنها أن تسهم بشكل فعال في تطوير أداء هذه المتاحف.اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، لقياس أداء المتاحف الخمس، واستخدمت في جمع بياناتها ما حددته المؤشرات من أدوات جمع البيانات بما في ذلك قائمة المراجعة، والاستبيان، والمقابلات الشخصية، والملاحظة.توصّلت الدراسة إلى وجود نقاط قوة مشتركة من أهمها: فهرسة المجموعات وتسجيلها تقليديًا في أربعة متاحف هي: المتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية، والمتحف القبطي، والمتحف الجيولوجي، ومتحف محمد محمود خليل وحرمه، و75% في المتحف الزراعي، وإقامة المعارض المؤقتة التي تضم 30 كيانًا أو أكثر، والرضا عن الأنشطة التي تقدمها المتاحف.كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من نقاط الضعف المشتركة من أبرزها: عدم رقمنه المقتنيات في جميع المتاحف مجتمع الدراسة، وكذلك عدم إنشاء قواعد بيانات ببليوجرافية للمقتنيات، وقلة أعداد الكيانات التي يتوفر لها صور أو تسجيلات، أو فيديوهات رقمية عبر الإنترنت، وضعف إعارة المقتنيات بين المتاحف مجتمع الدراسة والمتاحف والمؤسسات الأخرى، وضعف المشاركة في المشروعات والشراكات التعاونية مع المنظمات المحلية، والإقليمية، والدولية. |

| Summary, etc. | The study dealt with measuring the performance of the Egyptian museums in light of two internationally and regionally accepted indicators such as ISO indicators and AFLI indicators. By applying )29( indicators to five Egyptian museums that represent diversity in terms of holdings, to monitor the current reality, highlight their strengths and weaknesses, and provide suggestions that would effectively contribute to promote and improve the performance of these museums.The study relied on the descriptive method to measure the performance of the five museums, and used the data collection tools identified by the indicators, including Check list, questioner, interviews, and observations.The study found that there are common strengths, the most important of which are traditional cataloging and registering of collections in four museums: The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, The Coptic Museum, The Geological Museum, The Museum of Mohamed Mahmoud and his wife, and 75% in The Agricultural Museum, and temporary exhibitions that include 30 or more entities and satisfaction with the activities offered by the museum.the study also found a number of common weaknesses, most notably: the lack of digitization of holdings in all museums in the study community, as well as the lack of establishing recordings, or digital videos are available online, the weak loan of holdings between museums in the study community and other museums and institutions, weak participation in cooperation projects and partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations. |
