تتركز مشكلة الدراسة على عدم وجود وحدة أو قسم أو إدارة مهامها إدارة المخاطر والأزمات، في الهيكل التنظيمي لمستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بالإسماعيلية، في حين توجد إدارة لنظم المعلومات الإدارية تستطيع تقديم الدعم المناسب لإدارة المخاطر والأزمات التي يمكن أن تواجه إدارة المستشفى، خاصة في ظل التغيرات البيئية والمناخية التي يمكن أن تؤثر بالسلب على الأداء واستمرارية المستشفى في تحقيق أهدافها.من هذا المنطلق فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية بمستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بالإسماعيلية في إدارة المخاطر والأزمات التي يمكن أن تواجهها في مختلف مراحل الأزمة. وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي فيما يتعلق بالجانب النظري للدراسة واعتمد على المنهج الاستنباطي فيما يتعلق بالجانب العملي مستخدماَ أداة الاستبيان بعرض قائمة الاستقصاء على عينة مجتمع الدراسة المكونة من (120) مفردة من مديرين ورؤساء أقسام وأطباء ومشرفين وإداريين وفنيين ومسعفين من العاملين داخل مستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بمحافظة الإسماعيلية.وقد توصلت الدراسة لبعض النتائج كان من أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظم المعلومات الإدارية على إدارة الأزمات بالمستشفى. وقد توصل الباحث لمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها، إنشاء وحدة متخصصة في إدارة الأزمات مكونه من مجموعة من الخبراء من ذوي الاختصاص لوضع البرامج الاستباقية للأزمات المحتمل حدوثها، ومتابعة جميع الأحداث البيئية التي تمثل مخاطر ومؤشرات لحصول أزمات قد تؤثر في مستشفى هيئة قناة السويس، وتقديم توصياتها للإدارة العليا. وزيادة الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإدارية لأنها تعتبر عصب عمل المستشفى وأن زيادة فاعلية النظام يعطي المستشفى القدرة على تجنب الأزمات والتحوط منها والتخفيف من آثارها السلبية في حال وقوعها، فإن أي خلل مهما كان بسيطا يعرض المستشفى إلى الأزمات. |

The problem of the study focuses on the lack of a unit, department, or department whose tasks are risk and crisis management, in the organizational structure of the Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia, while there is a management information systems department that can provide appropriate support to manage the risks and crises that the hospital administration may face, especially in light of the changes. Environmental and climatic conditions that could negatively affect the performance and continuity of the hospital in achieving its goals.From this standpoint, this study aims to identify the role of management information systems at the Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia in managing the risks and crises that it can support in the various stages of the crisis. In this study, the researcher relied on the inductive approach with regard to the theoretical side of the study and relied on the deductive approach with regard to the practical side, using the questionnaire tool by presenting the survey list to a sample of the study population consisting of (120) individuals from managers, department heads, doctors, supervisors, administrators, technicians, and paramedics who work within Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia Governorate.The study reached some results, the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant impact of management information systems on crisis management in the hospital. The researcher came up with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is establishing a specialized crisis management unit composed of a group of specialized experts to develop proactive programs for crises that are likely to occur, follow up on all environmental events that represent risks and indicators of crises that may affect the two hospitals of the Suez Canal Authority, and present its recommendations to management. Increasing interest in administrative information systems because they are considered the backbone of the hospital’s work, and increasing the effectiveness of the system gives the hospital the ability to avoid crises, hedge against them, and mitigate their negative effects if they occur.
