Summary, etc.	هدفت هذه الرسالة إلى دراسة سلوكيات العاملين وتأثيرها على أبعاد الجودة في الشركة محل الدراسة (الشركة الكورية للمنسوجات) وذلك من خلال معرفة الفروق في استجابتهم للمتغيرات ونظراً لطبيعة الدراسة والأهداف التي تسعى الدراسة إلــى تحقيقها وفي ضوء التساؤلات التي تسعى الدراسة إلى الإجابة عليها فقد استخدام الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي، كما تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وكذلك إجراء المقابلات وقد تم استخدام النموذج في طرح أسئلة عن سلوكيات العاملين وأبعاد الجودة لقياس مدى تأثيرها على أبعاد الجودة كموضوع الدراسة. حيث أظهرت عينة الدراسة موقفاً محايداً تجاه عدة أبعاد منها التشريعات والقوانين، والسلامة والصحة المهنية ، والاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي، والتوازن بين الحياة الشخصية والحياة العملية، والتدريب. وتشير النتائج إلى عدم وجود عدالة في الأجور والمكافآت، وعدم الرضا عن المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات والتقدم الوظيفي. كما وجدت الدراسة أن العمال غير راضين عن ظروف العمل الصعبة ونقص التكنولوجيا المستخدمة، وتشير النتائج إلى وجود تجانس بين آراء عينة البحث والدراسة بالحياد على كل من للمتغيرات الأتية: التشريعات والقوانين بنسبة 70.25%، السلامة والصحة المهنية بنسبة 70.25%، الأجور والمكافآت بنسبة 66.34%، الاستقرار والامان الوظيفي بنسبة 73.56%، التوازن بين الحياة الشخصية والعملية بنسبة 67.00%، ظروف العمل بنسبة 64.41%، التدريب بنسبة 73.12%، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات بنسبة 73.12%، التقدم والترقي الوظيفي بنسبة 71.32%، التكنولوجيا المستخدمة بنسبة 67.00%.

Summary, etc.	This thesis aimed to study the behaviors of employees and their impact on the dimensions of quality in the company under study, the Korean textile company, by knowing the differences in their response to variables and due to the nature of the study and the goals that the study seeks to achieve and in light of the questions that the study seeks to answer, the researcher used the descriptive research method. The questionnaire form was also used as the main tool for data collection as well as conducting interviews. the form was used to ask questions about employee behaviors and quality dimensions to measure their impact on the quality dimensions as the subject of the study. The study sample showed a neutral attitude towards several dimensions, including legislation and laws, Occupational Safety and health, stability and job security, balance between personal life and work life, and training. The results indicate a lack of fairness in wages and bonuses, dissatisfaction with participation in decision-making and career advancement. The study also found that workers are dissatisfied with the difficult working conditions and the lack of technology used, and the results indicate that there is a consistency between the opinions of the research sample and the study with neutrality on each of the following variables: legislation and laws by 70.25%, Occupational Safety and health by 70.25%, wages and bonuses by 66.34%, job stability and security by 73.56%, balance between personal and work life by 67.00%, working conditions by 64.41%, training by 73.12%, participation in decision-making by 73.12%, career advancement and advancement by 71.32%, technology used by 67.00%.
