| Summary, etc. | لا شك أنه فى الآونة الاخيرة يسعى العالم الى تحقيق الأفضل للجميع وذلك بالتقدم فى شتى المجالات واصبح هناك فجوه بين الدول التى تطبق وتحسن من نظم الجودة المستخدمة و الدول التى لا تعطى لهذا النظام القدر الكافى من الاهمية.يعمل الباحث مع إحدى شركات صناعة السفن وقد تبين للباحث خلال العمل إمكانية قياس مستوى الاداء فى تطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الرشيق على العمليات الانتاجية للشركة وذلك بقياس ابعاده (تنظيم موقع العمل-الانتاج فى الوقت المحدد JIT-التحسين المستمر-الادارة المرئية) على اداء الشركات الصناعية.وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التصنيع الرشيق في المنظمة الصناعية المطبقة له وأداء تلك المنظـمـة الصناعية وأن ما قيمته (92.8%) من التغييرات في هذا الأداء ناتج عن التغييرات في التصنيع الرشيق, وصحة الفروض الفرعية الاربعة للفرض الرئيسي الاول وقد ثبت ذلك بوجود علاقات ذات دلالة احصائية في المنظمة الصناعية المطبقة للتصنيع الرشيق بين الابعاد الاربعة (تنظيم موقع العمل (5S)، التحسين المستمر، الانتاج فى الوقت المحدد JIT، الإدارة المرئية) للمتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع (أداء المنظـمـات الصناعية) وقد أوصت الدراسة بالمحافظة على المستوى الحالي، والاستمرار في تطبيق مرتكزات التصنيع الرشيق بهدف القضاء على الهدر والفاقد لما لذلك من أثر في تحسين الأداء التصنيعي وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار فى العمل وذالك بتشجيع الاقتراحات والتعاون وتذليل العقبات امام الافكار المختلفة وزيادة الاجتماعات لتبادل الأفكار. |

| Summary, etc. | world has been seeking to achieve a better life for all through advancement and progress in various fields, and there has become a gap between countries that implement and improve the quality systems used.During The researcher works discovered the period in which cooperation with the company took place, the researcher discovered the possibility of measuring the level of performance in applying lean manufacturing practices to the company’s production processes by measuring its dimensions (5S–JIT- continuous improvement- visual management) on the performance of industrial companies.<br/>This study found the validity of the first main hypothesis. This was proven by the existence of a statistically significant relationship between lean manufacturing in the industrial organization applying it and the performance of that industrial organization, and that what amounted to (92.8%) of the changes in this performance resulted from changes in lean manufacturing. The validity of the hypotheses. The four sub-choices of the first main hypothesis. This has been proven by the presence of statistically significant relationships in the industrial organization implementing lean manufacturing between the four dimensions (5S- continuous improvement- JIT- visual management) of the independent variable and the dependent variable (performance of industrial organizations) and that A value of (83.30%, 83.23%, 80.98%, 81.65%), respectively, of changes in the four dimensions of the independent variable (lean manufacturing).The study recommended maintaining the current level and continuing to apply the principles of lean manufacturing with the aim of eliminating waste because of its impact on improving manufacturing performance and fostering a culture of innovation at work by encouraging suggestions and cooperation, removing obstacles to different ideas, and increasing meetings to exchange ideas. |
