| Summary, etc. | تسلط الدراسة الضوء على دور إدارة الابتكار فى تحقيق الجودة الشاملة لتعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى الشركة المصرية للاعمال الخشبية فى الاسواق المحلية والعالمية وتم اجراء عملية التقييم وهذا تم ببناء استبيان وقياس صدقه وتوزيعه من خلال اجراء دراسة ميدانية وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة واختبار فروض الدراسة الرئيسية والفرعية .وصلت هذه الدراسة الى النتائج الاتية:-1- وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الابتكار والجودة الشاملة وهو ارتباط إيجابي قوي جداً.2-اظهرت نتائج الفرض الرئيسى حجم تأثير إدارة الابتكار على الجودة الشاملة وتم التحقق من صحة الفرض القائل بأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة معنوية لدور إدارة الابتكار في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالشركة.<br/>3-أظهرت نتائج الفرض الفرعى الاول وجود اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مشاركة الافراد و الجودة الشاملة وهو ارتباط إيجابي قوي.4-أظهرت نتائج الفرض الفرعى الثانى وجود اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تدريب الافراد و الجودة الشاملة وجود اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تدريب الافراد و الجودة الشاملة.5-أظهرت نتائج الفرض الفرعى الثالث وجود اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البيئة الامنة للافراد و الجودة الشاملة وجود اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تدريب الافراد و الجودة الشاملة.وقد أوصي الباحث بأن:-1-تشجيع الموظفين على طرح الأفكار المبتكرة من خلال تقديم مكافآت مالية ومعنوية، وتوفير آليات لتقييم هذه الأفكار، بالإضافة إلى خلق بيئة تحفّز الحوار والتعاون ودمج الابتكار ضمن الأهداف الاستراتيجية.2-ضرورة تحديث المناهج التدريبية وتطوير أساليب التدريب باستخدام التقنيات الرقمية والتفاعل العملي، مع تطبيق آليات متابعة دقيقة لتقييم أثر التدريب وتصميم برامج متخصصة تناسب احتياجات كل قسم.<br/>3-إعادة تصميم بيئة العمل لتكون أكثر مرونة، مع تعزيز التواصل مع العاملين وتطبيق معايير أعلى للسلامة المهنية، بالإضافة إلى تحسين المزايا والتسهيلات لتلبية توقعات الموظفين.4-اهمية دعم الادارة العليا فى زيادة الوعى ونشر ثقافة الابتكار بالشركة. |

| Summary, etc. | The study highlights the role of innovation management in achieving total quality to enhance the competitive advantage of the Egyptian Woodwork Company in local and global markets. An evaluation process was conducted by building a questionnaire, measuring its validity, and distributing it through a field study to assess the study variables and test the main and subsidiary hypotheses of the study. <br/>This study reached the following results:1-There is a statistically significant relationship between innovation management and total quality, which is a very strong positive correlation. <br/>2-The results of the main hypothesis showed the impact of innovation management on total quality, and the hypothesis stating that there is a significant effect of innovation management in achieving total quality in the company was verified.3-The results of the first sub-hypothesis showed a statistically significant effect between individual participation and total quality, which is a strong positive correlation. <br/>4-The results of the second sub-hypothesis showed a statistically significant effect between individual training and total quality.5-The results of the third sub-hypothesis showed a statistically significant effect between a safe environment for individuals and total quality. The researcher recommends that: 1- The importance of the senior management's role in granting rewards to enhance innovative ides.<br/>2-Support from senior management in increasing awareness and spreading a culture of innovation within the company.3-The importance of individual participation and the management's attention to innovative ideas to achieve total quality within the company. 4-The importance of qualifying and training employees to support and enhance innovative capabilities that contribute to achieving total quality. <br/>5-The importance of creating a safe environment for individuals to foster innovative ideas. |
