Summary, etc.	تُعد دراسة الجدوى منهجية علمية لاختبار جدوى المشروعات الاستثمارية المختلفة ووسيلة للوصول للقرار الاستثماري الأمثل ومن ثم كفاءة تخصيص الموارد الاقتصادية المحدودة، وتُسهم دراسة الجدوى في رسم طريق واضح للمستثمر لتنفيذ مشروعه للوصول لأهدافه الاستثمارية المختلفة وأهمها نجاح مشروعه والحصول على ربحية متميزة، وقد هدفت الرسالة إلى دراسة وتحليل أثر تنفيذ دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية على نجاح المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة، وفي سبيل تحقق هذه الأهداف قام الباحث بصياغة مجموعة من الفروض أهمها وجود علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تنفيذ دراسة الجدوى ونجاح المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.وفي سبيل اختبار هذه الفروض تم إعداد استمارة استبيان الكترونية مًوجهة لمالكي المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة القائمة بمحافظة المنوفية، وكذلك عينة من المستثمرين السابقين في مشروعات متوسطة وصغيرة تم إغلاقها للوصول لمعرفة سبب فشل هذه المشروعات، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن اجماع لدى معظم عينة البحث بأهمية دراسة الجدوى ودورها في نجاح المشروع ( حيث أوضحت نتائج الاستبيان أن عدد 313 فرد من العينة يؤكدون على دور دراسة الجدوى في نجاح المشروعات بنسبة 85%)، وقد أوضحت نتيجة الاستبيان عدم معرفة عدد كبير من عينة الدراسة بكامل عناصر دراسة الجدوى ( التسويقية – الفنية – المالية) وقد بلغ عددهم 119 تكرار بنسبة 30.5% وتتراوح النسبة المتبقية بين من يعرف كل أو بعض عناصر الدراسة، وأوضحت نتائج الاستبيان عدم قيام عدد 150 فرد من العينة بإعداد دراسة الجدوى بنسبة 38.5% بينما اهتم 240 فرد من العينة بنسبة 61.5% بإعداد دراسة الجدوى سواء بأنفسهم ( عدد 150 فرد بنسبة 38.5%) أو من خلال مكتب استشاري (عدد 90 فرد بنسبة 23.1%). ومن هنا تظهر مشكلة الدراسة وهي عدم قيام نحو 67% من عينة الدراسة باللجوء للمكاتب الاستشارية المتخصصة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى ومن ثم تظهر عملية سوء التخطيط ومشكلات التشغيل بالمشروع.

Summary, etc.	The feasibility study is a scientific methodology for testing the feasibility of various investment projects and a means of reaching the optimal investment decision, thus the efficiency of allocating limited economic resources. The feasibility study contributes to drawing a clear path for the investor to implement his project to achieve his investment goals, the most important of which is the success of his project and obtaining distinguished profitability. The thesis aimed to study and analyze the impact of implementing the economic feasibility study on the success of medium and small projects. In order to achieve these goals, the researcher formulated a set of hypotheses, the most important of which is the existence of a positive relationship with statistical significance between implementing the feasibility study and the success of small and medium projects. In order to test these hypotheses, an electronic questionnaire was prepared for owners of existing small and medium enterprises in Menoufia Governorate, as well as a sample of previous investors in closed small and medium enterprises, to find out the reason for the failure of these projects. The results showed a consensus among most of the research sample on the importance of the feasibility study and its role in the success of the project (as the results of the questionnaire showed that 323 individuals from the sample (total 390) confirmed the role of the feasibility study in the success of projects at a percentage 83%). The results of the questionnaire showed that a large number of the study sample did not know all the elements of the feasibility study (marketing - technical - financial) and their number reached 119 repetitions at a rate of 30.5% and the remaining percentage ranged between those who knew all or some of the elements of the study. The results of the questionnaire showed that 150 individuals from the sample did not prepare the feasibility study at a rate of 38.5%, while 240 individuals from the sample at a rate of 61.5% were interested in preparing the feasibility study, either by themselves (150 individuals at a rate of 38.5%) or through consulting companies (90 individuals at a rate of 23.1%). Hence, the problem of the study appears, which is that about 67% of the study sample did not resort to consulting offices specialized in preparing feasibility studies, and thus the process of poor planning and operational problems in the project appears.
