| Summary, etc. | إن تقديم خدمات طب الأسنان المتسارع في تطوره اليوم، يتم دون التحاكم إلى الشرع، أو إلى قوانين خاصة منظمة تواكب هذا التطور، أو ضوابط أخلاقية مصدرها أعرافنا لممارسة المهنة، فالحاجة اليوم هي للتشريع والتقنين التفصيلي الذي يمكن من حسم النزاعات بصورة منضبطة مطردة على وجه يحفظ الثوابت الدينية، ويراعي الخصوصيات الاجتماعية، ويحقق العدالة، ففقه الترجيح ووضع الضوابط والشروط بحسب مستجدات الواقع المعاصر بابًا واسعًا يفتقر للبحث والاجتهاد. وقد تضمن البحث بابين أولهما في دراسة المقصد الوقائي والتجميلي والعلاجي لطب الأسنان. والثاني في المسئولية الطبية كمصطلح قانوني، واستيعاب الفقه الإسلامي لهذا المصطلح بكل تفاصيله القانونية. |

| Summary, etc. | The rapid advancement in dental services today is out regulations. There is a need for legislation and detailed codification that can resolve disputes consistently in a way that preserves religious constants, respects social particularities & achieves justice, the field of preference jurisprudence, and setting regulations based on contemporary realities remains vast & in need of research and effort. The current research includes two chapters, the first one studies the Juristic Regulations of Preventive, Cosmetic & curative Dentistry. While the second one deals with Dental Responsibility (Liability) as a legal term, and the realization of Islamic jurisprudence for this term in all its legal details. |
