Summary, etc.	هدفت الدراسة إلى تطبيق نظام التصنيع الرشيق (ستة سيجما) في تحسين أداء العمليات في صناعة السفن (دراسة حالة بشركة ترسانة الأسكندرية لإصلاح وبناء السفن) ولتحقيق ذلك تم إجراء عملية تقييم (Benchmarking) على مستوى الدراسة الميدانية لعينة من العاملين بشركة ترسانة الأسكندرية لإصلاح وبناء السفن وقد تم التقييم والمقارنة بناءً على استبيان وقياس صدقه وتوزيعه من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة واختبار. <br/>في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة يوصي الباحث بأن بعض العبارات في كل من الأبعاد الثلاثة للمتغير المستقل (التصنيع الرشيق ستة سيجما) وبعد المتغير التابع (تحسين أداء العمليات في صناعةالسفن) قد حصلت على أدنى قيم ومن ثم على الإدارة شركة ترسانة الأسكندرية لإصلاح وبناء السفن مصر ضرورة مراعاة الآتي:1-في المتغير المستقل (التصنيع الرشيق ستة سيجما).أ‌.في البعد (تنظيم موقع العمل 5S).•ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات لجعل بيئة العمل أقل في عدد الإصابات.•ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات والدراسة الجيدة للعمليات لتقليل الهدر لأكبر قدر ممكن.ب‌. العمل الموحد•الاهتمام بدراسة وقت العمليات لتجنب الفقد في الوقت ودراسة حالات عدم المطابقة وطلبات الجودة المرفوضة أو المعادة والوقوف على أسبابها واتخاذ الإجراءات الفعالة. •ضرورة الاهتمام بالخطة الإنتاجية ومتابعتها بشكل يومي أو أسبوعي لضمان الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد واستغلال فارق الوقت لزيادة الإنتاج.ت‌. الإدارة المرئية <br/>• الاهتمام بنشر نسب تنفيذ المشاريع ومواعيد التسليم وتحديثها أول بأول.•ضرورة وجود دليل كتابي للمشاريع السابقة وحساب الاستهلاكات لتقليل الهدر في المشاريع القادمة. 2-في المتغير التابع (صناعة السفن).• ضرورة مشاركة العاملين من خلال الاجتماعات الشهرية ووضع العاملين مكان متخذ القرار لوضع الحلول وضمان المشاركة الفعالة. ضرورة الاحتفاظ بكميات المواد الخام المناسبة والتخطيط الجيد للعمليات.

Summary, etc.	The study aimed to apply the lean manufacturing (Six Sigma) to improve the performance of operations in the shipbuilding industry (a case study at Alexandria Shipyard for Ship Repair and Building Company). To achieve this, a benchmarking process was conducted at the field study level for a sample of employees at Alexandria Shipyard for Ship Repair and Building Company. The evaluation and comparison were based on a questionnaire and measuring its validity and distribution through conducting a field study and evaluating the study variables and testing.In light of the results reached by the study, the researcher recommends that some statements in each of the three dimensions of the independent variable (lean manufacturing Six Sigma) and after the dependent variable (improving the performance of operations in the shipbuilding industry) obtained the lowest values, and therefore the management of Alexandria Shipyard for Ship Repair and Building Company, Egypt, must take into account the following:1- In the independent variable (lean manufacturing Six Sigma).A. In the dimension (organizing the work site 5S).• The need to take measures to make the work environment less in the number of injuries.• The need to take measures and study the processes well to reduce waste to the greatest extent possible.B. Unified work• Paying attention to studying the time of operations to avoid wasting time and studying cases of non-conformity and rejected or returned quality requests and identifying their causes and taking effective measures.• The necessity of paying attention to the production plan and following it up on a daily or weekly basis to ensure production on time and exploiting the time difference to increase production.C. Visual management• Paying attention to publishing the percentages of project implementation and delivery dates and updating them first hand.• The necessity of having a written guide for previous projects and calculating consumption to reduce waste in future projects.2- In the dependent variable (shipbuilding).• The necessity of employee participation through monthly meetings and placing employees in the place of the decision-maker to develop solutions and ensure effective participation.• The necessity of maintaining appropriate quantities of raw materials and good planning of operations
