| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام القنوات الإخبارية الموجهة باللغة العربية بتغطية الأزمات العربية، والتعرف على مدى التغطية الإعلامية التي تقدمها القنوات الإخبارية الموجهة باللغة العربية للأحداث والأزمات العربية، والتعرف على الأطر الإخبارية التي تستخدمها القنوات الإخبارية الموجهة باللغة العربية في تغطيتها للأزمات والقضايا العربية، كما تعرفت الدراسة إلى مدى اعتماد النخبة والجمهور المصري على القنوات الإخبارية الموجهة باللغة العربية كمصادر للمعلومات وتشكيل الآراء والمواقف تجاه الأزمات العربية، واستكشاف أهم المتغيرات المؤثرة في تشكيل اتجاهات النخبة المصرية. والرأي العام تجاه تغطية قناتي الحرة وروسيا اليوم للأزمات العربية.كما حددت الدراسة مدى ثقة ومصداقية النخبة والرأي العام المصري في القنوات الإخبارية الموجهة باللغة العربية في تغطيتها لإدارة الأزمات العربية، ورصد وقياس دور هذه القنوات في تشكيل اتجاهات النخبة والرأي العام المصري تجاه الأزمات العربية. استخدمت الدراسة نظرية التأطير الإخباري، لرصد الأطر الإخبارية التي تستخدمها القناة في تغطيتها للأزمات العربية، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على النموذج البنيوي لمستويات المصداقية لرصد المهنية الإعلامية للقنوات قيد الدراسة في تعاملها مع الأزمات العربية. وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 400 فرد من محافظات القاهرة والإسماعيلية والشرقية، بواقع 180 للقاهرة، و110 لكل من محافظتي الشرقية والإسماعيلية. واعتمدت على النية المتوفرة لدى مشاهدي القنوات محل الدراسة. في حين تم تطبيق عينة النخبة على عينة قوامها 120 فرداً، بواقع 60 للنخبة السياسية، و30 لكل من النخبة الإعلامية والأكاديمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج:<br/>- اختلاف أجندة الأزمات العربية المتضمنة في الفضائيات الأجنبية الموجهة باللغة العربية من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، حيث جاءت الأزمة الليبية في صدارة الأزمات العربية بنسبة 25.1% للرأي العام المصري (المستجيبين)، فيما جاءت الأزمة السورية بنسبة 26.5% للنخبة المصرية. - اختلاف أجندة القضايا العربية بين الجمهور المصري والنخبة، حيث جاءت الأزمة الليبية على رأس أجندة القضايا التي اهتم بها الجمهور بسبب انعكاساتها المباشرة على الأمن المصري، بينما اهتمت النخبة المصرية بالأزمة السورية باعتبارها البوابة الأمنية للأمة العربية للوقوف ضد تنفيذ المشروع الصفوي الإيراني في المنطقة العربية.- اختلاف أطر معالجة الأزمة العربية في القنوات الإخبارية الفضائية الأجنبية الموجهة باللغة العربية محل الدراسة وتداعياتها على المجتمع العربي والمصري من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، حيث جاءت الأطر التي تناولت الأزمة الخليجية في المقدمة بوزن نسبي 83.8%، تليها الأطر التي تناولت الأزمة اليمنية بوزن نسبي 82.3%، تليها الأطر التي تناولت الأزمة السورية بوزن نسبي 81.0%.- حرصت الفضائيات الأجنبية الموجهة باللغة العربية على استخدام الأطر التفسيرية للأزمة الخليجية من أجل إعادة تنظيم البيت العربي حتى يتمكن من مواجهة التحديات والأزمات الداخلية والخارجية، وحتى تتمكن الدول والشعوب العربية من التعافي والاصطفاف لمواجهة الأزمات التي تفرضها الأجندات الخارجية بهدف تحقيق مكاسب سياسية وعسكرية واقتصادية |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to identify to what extent news channels that directed in Arabic language interested in covering Arab crises, to identify the extent of media coverage given by news channels directed in Arabic to Arab events and crises, to identify the news frames employed by news channels directed in Arabic in their coverage of Arab crises and issues, also the study identifies to what extent Egyptian elite and public rely on news channels directed in Arabic as sources of information and for shaping opinions and attitudes toward Arab crises, and explores the most important variables influence in shaping the attitudes of the Egyptian elite and public opinion toward the coverage of Arab crises by the American Al-Hurra and Russia Today channels.Also, the study identified the degree of trust and credibility of the Egyptian elite and public opinion in news channels directed in Arabic in their coverage of Arab crisis management, and to monitor and measure the role of these channels in shaping the attitudes of the Egyptian elite and public opinion toward Arab crises. The study used The theory of news framing, to monitor the news frames used by the channel in its coverage of Arab crises, the study also relies on the structural model of credibility levels to monitor the media professionalism of the channels under study in their handling of Arab crises. The study applied on a sample of 400 individuals from the governorates of Cairo, Ismailia, and Sharqia, with 180 for Cairo, and 110 for each of the governorates of Sharqia and Ismailia. It relied on the available intentionality of viewers of the channels under study. Meanwhile, the elite sample was applied on a sample of 120 individuals, with 60 for the political elite, and 30 for each of the media and academic elite. The study reached the most important results: <br/>-the difference in the agenda of the Arab crises included in the foreign satellite news channels directed in the Arabic language from the point of view of the individual respondents, as the Libyan crisis was at the forefront of the Arab crises with a percentage of 25.1%, for the Egyptian public opinion (the respondents), while the Syrian crisis came at a percentage of 26.5%, for the Egyptian elite. - the difference in the agenda of Arab issues between the Egyptian public and elite, as the Libyan crisis came at the top of the agenda of issues that the public was interested in because of its direct repercussions on Egyptian security, while the Egyptian elite was interested in the Syrian crisis as it constitutes the security gateway for the Arab nation to stand against the implementation of the Iranian Safavid project in the Arab region. - the difference in the frames for addressing the Arab crisis in the foreign satellite news channels directed in the Arabic language under study and its repercussions on Arab and Egyptian society from the point of view of the respondents, as the frames addressing the Gulf crisis came at the forefront with a relative weight of 83.8%, followed by the frames addressing the Yemeni crisis with a relative weight of 82.3%, followed by the frames addressing the Syrian crisis has a relative weight of 81.0%. -foreign satellite news channels directed in the Arabic language have been confident in using interpretive frames for the Gulf crisis in order to reorganize the Arab house so that it can face the challenges and internal and external crises, and so that the Arab countries and peoples can recover and line up to face the crises imposed by external agendas with the aim of achieving political, military and economic gains. |
