Summary, etc.	Purpose of the study: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect <br/>of high level laser on incisional pain postoperative cesarean section. <br/>Subjects: Fifty post-operative lower segment cesarean section women <br/>participated in this study. They were selected randomly from the El Shatby <br/>University Hospital in Alexandria. Their ages ranged from 20-40 years. <br/>Their BMI was less than 30 Kg\m2. Design: The research is designed as <br/>randomized controlled study pre and post experimental design. All women <br/>were divided into two equal groups A and B: Group A (Control group): It <br/>was consisted of twenty-five postoperative cesarean section women. They <br/>were treated by medical treatment (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs <br/>and antibiotics) only. Group B (Study group): It was consisted of twenty-<br/>five postoperative cesarean section women. They were treated by medical <br/>treatment (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics) in <br/>addition to High level laser for 5 minutes on days 2nd, 3rd and 4th , after <br/>cesarean section (3 sessions) . Assessment: VAS and cortisol level were <br/>used to assess severity incisional pain for each woman in both groups A <br/>and B before and after treatment. Results: Results of this study revealed <br/>that; within groups; there was significant decrease in VAS and cortisol <br/>level in both groups post-treatment. Between groups; pre-treatment; there <br/>was no significant difference between both groups A and B in VAS and <br/>cortisol level. Post-treatment; there was significant difference between <br/>both groups A and B in VAS and cortisol level with favor of group B (more <br/>decrease). Conclusion: It can be concluded that high level laser therapy is <br/>safe and effective in reducing postoperative incisional pain through <br/>decreasing pain intensity and cortisol level.

Summary, etc.	الهدف: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير الليزر عالي المستوى على ألم جرح ما بعد العملية القيصرية الأشخاص شارك خمسون امرأة خضعن لولادة قيصرية في الجزء السفلي من الرحم في هذه الدراسة تم اختيارهن عشوائيا من مستشفى الشاطبي الجامعي بالإسكندرية تراوحت أعمارهن بين ٢٠ و ٤٠ عامًا. وكان مؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI) لديهن أقل من ٣٠ كجم/م التصميم: تم تصميم البحث كدراسة عشوائية محكمة باستخدام تصميم تجريبي قبل وبعد العلاج. تم تقسيم جميع النساء إلى مجموعتين متساويتين المجموعة \| مجموعة التحكم تكونت من خمس وعشرين امرأة بعد الولادة القيصرية، وتلقين علاجا دوائيا فقط مضادات الالتهاب غير الستيرويدية والمضادات الحيوية المجموعة ب (المجموعة التجريبية تكونت من خمس وعشرين أمرأة بعد الولادة القيصرية، وتلقين علاجا دوائيا (مضادات الالتهاب غير الستيرويدية والمضادات الحيوية بالإضافة إلى علاج بالليزر عالي المستوى لمدة ٥ دقائق في اليوم الثاني والثالث والرابع بعد الولادة القيصرية (۳) جلسات التقييم: تم استخدام مقياس المؤشر البصري للألم ومستوى الكورتيزول لتقييم شدة ألم الشق الجراحي لكل امرأة في كلا المجموعتين أو ب قبل وبعد العلاج النتائج أظهرت نتائج الدراسة داخل المجموعتين لوحظ انخفاض كبير في مقياس المؤشر البصري للألم ومستوى الكورتيزول بعد العلاج. بين المجموعتين قبل العلاج، لم يكن هناك فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين أ و ب في مقياس المؤشر البصري للألم ومستوى الكورتيزول. بعد العلاج، كان هناك فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين لصالحالمجموعة ب انخفاض أكبر في كل من الألم ومستوى الكورتيزول الخلاصة: يمكن الاستنتاج أن العلاج بالليزر عالي المستوى أمن وفعّال في تقليل ألم الشق الجراحي بعد الولادة القيصرية من خلال تقليل شدة الألم ومستوى الكورتيزول.
