| Summary, etc. | This study was conducted to determine the difference between cryolipolysis and low level laser on postnatal abdominal adiposity. Sixty postnatal women participated in this study from the Outpatient Clinic Physical Therapy Department at Al Mataria Teaching Hospital , Their ages ranges from 35-40 years , BMI ≥30kg/m² and waist hip ratio ≥0.85 they were assigned randomly into two groups equal in number (A,B). Patient of group A received cryolipolysis and low calorie diet, patients of group B received low level laser and low calorie diet. Evaluation pre-post study done by measuring wait hip ratio (tape measurement), abdominal skin fold (body fat caliper), BMI (standard weight- height scale), body fat percentage (bioelectrical impedance analysis). Results showed that there was significant decrease in BMI, waist hip ratio, skin fold thickness and body fat percentage in both group A and B favor to group A. Thus it can be concluded that cryolipolysis is more effective than Low level laser therapy in reducing abdominal adiposity postnatal. |

| Summary, etc. | الهدف من البحث: الهدف من هذه الدراسة معرفة تأثير تفتيت الدهون بالتبريد مقابل الليزر المنخفض الشده على سمنة البطن بعد الولاده.<br/>مواد و اساليب البحث: أجريت هذه الدراسة على ستون مريضة من الاناث بعد الولادة و قد تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين :<br/>المجموعة (أ): ثلاثون مريضة تم علاجهن بواسطة تفتيت الدهون بالتبريد جلسه كل ثلاثة اسابيع و لمدة 12 اسبوع بالاضافة الى نظام غذائى منخفض السعرات 1200 سعر حرارى\اليوم.<br/>المجموعة (ب): ثلاثون مريضة تم علاجهن بواسطة الليزر المنخفض الشده 2 جلسه فى الاسبوع لمدة 12 اسبوع بالاضافة الى نظام غذائى منخفض السعرات 1200 سعر حرارى\اليوم.<br/>الطرق: قياس تناسب الخصر و الورك بالشريط البلاستيكى الدرج , قياس ثنية جلد البطن بممساك الجلد , قياس مؤشر كتلة الجسم باستخدام مقياس الوزن و الطول و قياس نسبة دهون البطن باستخدام جهاز تحيليل المقاومة الكهربائى و ذلك قبل بدء التجربة وتم تكرار القياسات بعد ثلاثة اشهر من العلاج.<br/>النتائج: هناك نقص ذات دلالة احصائية عالية فى كتلة الجسم – ثنية البطن – تناسب الخصر و الورك فى المجموعة الاولى و الثانية فى صالح المجموعة (أ).<br/>الاستنتاج: يمكن استخلاص ان استخدام تفتيت الدهون بالتبريد له فاعلية فى تقليل سمنه البطن بعد الولادة اكثر من الليزر المنخفض الشده . |
