| Summary, etc. | أجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف تحديد الدور الوسيط لمتغير المعتقدات الجنسية السلبية في العلاقة بين الحساسية للقلق وكل من الاكتئاب وتجنب الخوف من الألم لدى حالات التشنج المهبلي والسويَّات من المتزوجات ، بالإضافة إلى التنبؤ من كل من المعتقدات الجنسية السلبية ، والحساسية للقلق ، والاكتئاب ، وتجنب الخوف من الألم بشدة اضطراب التشنج المهبلي من المتزوجات لدى العينتين ، وقد خضعت هذه الدراسة للمنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن ، والتصميم المستعرض لمجموعة الحالة (اضطراب التشنج المهبلي) في مقابل مجموعة المقارنة (السويَّات)" ، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (95) سيدة تم تقسيمهن الى (55) سيدة تعانين من اضطراب التشنج المهبلي ممن تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (22 ، 40) سنة ، بمتوسط)10,29 ) سنة ، وانحراف معياري قدره (08,6) سنة ، وبلغ متوسط عدد سنوات تعليمهن (15) سنة ، بانحراف معياري قدره (91,1) سنة ، و(40) من السيدات السويات ، وتراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (22 ، 40) سنة ، بمتوسط (27,29) سنة ، وانحراف معياري قدره ( 58,5) سنة وبلغ متوسط عدد سنوات تعليمهن (39,15) سنة ، بانحراف معياري قدره (524,1) سنة . كما روعى فى اختيار عينتى الدراسة أن يكون هناك تكافؤ فى فترة الزواج ، والختان ؛ حيث تراوحت مدة الزواج ما بين ( 3 أشهر إلى 6 سنوات ) ، وقد طُبقت علي العينة البحثية المقابلة التشخيصية المبدئية لاضطراب التشنج المهبلى للسيدات(إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الفهم من اختبار وكسلر (الصورة الرابعة) ، واستخبار استخبار اضطراب التشنج المهبلي متعدد الأبعاد لدى السيدات ، (إعداد الباحثة ) ، استخبار مركز الدراسات الوبائية للاكتئاب ، ترجمة :( بسمة جمال شحات) ، استخبار معتقدات تجنب الخوف من الاختراق المهبلي ، (إعداد الباحثة) ، استخبار الحساسية للقلق من التشنج المهبلى ، (إعداد الباحثة ). وتم الاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة بهدف الإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة ، واختبار فروضها، حيث تم استخدام اختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات، وأساليب معاملات ارتباط بيرسون ، مع فحص معاملات الالتواء لاختبار اعتدالية التوزيع ، وتحليل المسار وفقاً لأسلوب هايز ، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود ارتباطات موجبة جوهرية بين الاكتئاب وبين الدرجات الكلية لاستخبار اضطراب التشنج المهبلي متعدد الأبعاد لدي السيدات ومكوناته( ادراك الألم الكارثي، وشدة التيقظ وتوتر عضلات قاع الحوض) لدى مريضات التشنج المهبلي ، ولم ترتبط المعتقدات الجنسية السلبية بأى اختبار آخر. واستطاعت المعتقدات الجنسية السلبية تتوسط العلاقة بين الحساسية للقلق وكل من الاكتئاب وتجنب الخوف من الألم لدى حالات التشنج المهبلي والسويَّات من المتزوجات ، وكما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً بين مجموعتى الدراسة فى جميع المتغيرات ومكوناتها الفرعية . |

| Summary, etc. | The Current study aimed to determining the mediating role of Negative Sexual Beliefs as a Mediator Process between Anxiety Sensitivity and Both depression and Fear Avoidance of Pain in Vaginismus and Normals of Married Women, in addition to predicting from each of negative sexual beliefs, anxiety sensitivity, depression, and fear avoidance of pain severity of vaginismus disorder in married women in the two samples. The Study sample Consist of(95) , and the age range was (22, 40) The Mean age of the Patient Group was (22, 40) years,, While Mean Age of the Normals Group was(22-42) years ,Were assessed with Several Tests were Represented in Five scales were (1) Comprehesion Scale inWechsler Intelligence scale for adult” Edition-4” (2) Multidimensional Vaginismus Disorder Questionnaire for Femalesv,(3) Center for Epidemiological Studies of Depression Questionnaire,(4) Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire for Vaginal Penetration, (5) Vaginismus Anxiety Sensitivity Questionnaire. In addition to Intake Interview for Female Vaginismus Disorder. This Study followed the descriptive, Correlational, Comparative methods. it has been used Several Statistical Analysis Method were Represented in Mean and Standard Deviations, T test, Correlation Coefficient ,Simple Linear Regression analysis , and path analysis according to the Hayes method, , The Result Showed Several Points were represented in: There were significant positive correlations between depression and the total scores of the Multidimensional Vaginismus Disorder Questionnaire for Women and its components (pain catastrophizing perception, arousal intensity and pelvic floor muscle tension) in patients with vaginismus, and negative sexual beliefs were not associated with any other test. Negative sexual beliefs were able to mediate the relationship between anxiety sensitivity and both depression and fear avoidance of pain in cases of vaginismus and normal married women. There were also statistically significant differences between the two study groups in all variables and their sub-components. |
