| Summary, etc. | سعت الدراسة للكشف عن اتجاهات مُعالجة الصحافة المصرية للعلاقات المصرية السوفيتية في الفترة منذ قيام ثورة يوليو 1952 حتى عام 1981، من خلال رصد وتحليل الأطروحات الرئيسية والفرعية التي ارتكزت عليها خطابات عينة من الصحف في تناولها لعلاقة الدولتين خلال فترة التحليل، بهدف رصد أوجه الإتفاق والاختلاف بينها، وتحليل ذلك. وتستمد الدراسة أهميتها البحثية والعلمية من سعيها لدراسة تطور اتجاهات مُعالجة الصحافة للعلاقات المصرية السوفيتية في الفترة من 1952 حتى 1981 كون هذه الفترة ثرية بالتغيرات والتطورات على مستوى العلاقات بين الدولتين التي شهدت تقاربا في بعض الأحيان، وتوترا وفتورا في أحيان أخرى.كما تُعد هذه الفترة واحدة من أهم الفترات في تاريخ الصحافة المصرية، فقد شهدت إصدار حزمة من القوانين والتشريعات لم يقتصر تأثيرها على تشكيل ملامح الخريطة الصحفية فحسب، بل امتد تأثيرها ليشمل إعادة تشكيل العلاقة بين الصحافة والسلطة السياسية وبلورتها على نحو جديد ابتداء بإصدار قرار فرض الرقابة الحربية على الصحف في 25 يوليو 1952، وانتهاء بقانون سلطة الصحافة رقم 48 لسنة 1980، مرورا بقانون تنظيم الصحافة عام 1960، ما أثَر على توجهات الصحف.وتنتمي الدراسة إلى نوعية الدراسات التاريخية حيث تتناول الفترة الزمنية منذ عام 1952 إلى عام 1981، ومن ناحية الموضوع فهي دراسة تحليلية تفسيرية تسعى لرصد و تحليل تأثير المُتغيرات السياسية والأيديولوجية والقانونية والاقتصادية والمهنية على معالجة عينة من الصحف المصرية لتطور العلاقات المصرية السوفيتية خلال فترة الدراسة.واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج المُقارن، و فيما يتعلق بعينة المواد الخاضعة للتحليل فتحددت في كل المواد الخبرية، ومواد الرأي التي تناولت العلاقات المصرية السوفيتية في صحف "الأهرام"، و"أخبار اليوم"، و"الأخبار"، و"الجمهورية". |

| Summary, etc. | The study aims to analyze Egyptian press coverage of Egyptian-Soviet relationship in the period from 23 July 1952 Revolution until 1981. It identifies the mechanisms that used by Al-Ahram, Al-Akhbar, Akhbar Al-Youm, and Al-Gomhuria newspapers to present the relationship. It also clarifies influence of political, ideological, legal, economic, and cultural variables on the coverage.<br/>The study reached the main findings:*The central arguments of the newspapers' coverage affirmed the Egyptian authority vision regarding two countries relationship during the period of analysis.<br/>*There were some limited differences in the coverage, but it did not deviate from the general line defined by the authority that controlled press by set of laws such as 1960 Press Regulation Law and Press Authority Law No. 48 of 1980.* Newspaper coverage revealed the shift in Egyptian leadership's position toward United States and declining Soviet role during October war. At the beginning of the war, Some prominent writers said that "Soviet Union is a loyal friend." As the confrontations escalated, editor-in-chief of Al-Ahram criticized the Soviet-American cooperation, which affected Egyptian interests. Press coverage of the "Soviet invasion" of Afghanistan confirmed Egypt's hostility toward Soviet Union, which culminated in a complete rupture. |
