| Summary, etc. | يُشير التراث إلى أن لأسلوبي التعلق غير الآمن دورًا مهمًا في تحديد جودة العلاقة معرفيًا وانفعاليًا وسلوكيًا، وتحقيق الرضا الزواجي؛ وأن التعقل يرتبط بالرضا الزواجي. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت درجة تعقل الفرد تُعَدِّل من العلاقة الارتباطية السالبة بين أسلوبيّ التعلق غير الآمن (القَلِق والتجنبي) والرضا الزواجي للفرد نفسه. وتم التحقق من هذا من خلال تطبيق مقياس التعقل الشامل (CHIME) ومقياس الخبرات في العلاقات الوثيقة المُعَدَّل (ECR-R) ومقياس الرضا الزواجي على ثلاث عينات؛ اثنتين استطلاعيتين (ن1 = 33) و(ن2 = 47) وعينة أساسية (ن3 = 201)، من المتزوجين والمنجبين. وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود ارتباط دال إحصائيًا بين متغيرات الدراسة في العينتين الثانية والثالثة، ما عدا الارتباط بين التعقل والتعلق القَلِق في العينة الثالثة لم يكن دالً إحصائيًا؛ واتضح أن ثلاثة مكونات للتعقل (الوعي بالتصرف، وتقبل الخبرة دون إصدار أحكام، والوعي بالخبرة دون تمركز أو تسرع) ترتبط بالرضا الزواجي دون غيرها من المكونات الأخرى؛ وظهر التأثير المُعدِّل للتعقل في العلاقة بين التعلق التجنبي والرضا الزواجي في العينة الثانية فقط. وتمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء الدراسات السابقة، والإشارة إلى بعض الفروق الجندرية، والتوصيات للبحوث المستقبلية. |

| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to determine whether an individual's level of Mindfulness moderates the negative correlation between insecure Attachment styles (anxious and avoidant) and the individual's Marital satisfaction. This was examined by applying the Comprehensive Mindfulness Scale (CHIME), the Experiences in Close Relationships Scale (ECR-R), and the Marital Satisfaction Scale on three samples: (N1= 33), and (N2= 47), and (N3 = 201) of married individuals with children. The results revealed a statistically significant correlation between the study variables in the second and third samples, except for the correlation between mindfulness and anxious attachment in the third sample, which was not statistically significant. It was found that three components of mindfulness (Acting with awareness, Acceptance without judgment, and Nonreactive decentering) are associated with marital satisfaction more than other components. The moderating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between avoidant attachment and marital satisfaction was observed only in the second sample. The results were discussed in terms of previous studies, noting some gender differences, and recommendations for future research. |
