| Summary, etc. | This thesis introduces various analytical methods for detecting some disease <br/>biomarkers. It comprises three parts: <br/>Part I is composed of section 1 and section 2 which contain a general <br/>introduction and literature review on Homovanillic Acid (HVA) as well as <br/>description of electrochemical analytical methodology for determining HVA <br/>and related biomolecules present in biological fluid samples. <br/>Part II is composed of section 1, section 2 and section 3 which contain a <br/>literature review on Dopamine (DA) and analytical methodologies <br/>(spectroscopic and machine learning) described for analyzing DA and <br/>detecting related biomolecules present in biological fluid samples. <br/>Part III is composed of section 1 and section 2 which contain a literature <br/>review on Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) and a unique colorimetric method based <br/>on Utilizing the Peroxidase-like Activity of Zero-valent Iron Nanoparticles <br/>Supported on Polyaniline Aerogel <br/>The introduced methods include electrochemical, spectrophotometric and <br/>artificial intelligence methods. They are characterized by their reproducibility <br/>and adequate degree of sensitivity for the assay of the biomarkers in their pure <br/>powdered form and biological samples. |

| Summary, etc. | تركز هذه الرسالة على الدراسة التحليلية لبعض المستشعرات الحيوية الهامة للكشف عن بعض المؤشرات الحيوية للسرطان وأمراض أخرى؛ وقد تم اختيار حمض الهوموفانيليك والدوبامين وبيروكسيد الهيدروجين كمؤشرات حيوية.<br/>كان هدفنا في هذه الرسالة هو تطوير جزيئات ومستشعرات حيوية سهلة الاستخدام وحساسة وانتقائية لتحليل المؤشرات الحيوية المختلفة سواء في شكلها النقي أو في السوائل البيولوجية.<br/>تنقسم هذه الرسالة إلى ثلاثة أجزاء بالإضافة إلى المراجع والملخصين باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.<br/>الجزء الأول: فحص حمض الهوموفانيليكوالمركبات ذات صلةفي العينة البيولوجية.<br/>ينقسم هذا الجزء إلى قسمين:<br/>القسم الأول: مقدمة ومراجعة للطرق الخاصة بفحص حمض الهوموفانيليك<br/>يقدم هذا القسم تمهيدًا موجزًا لأهمية المجسات التشخيصية عند نقطة الرعاية في التبكير بالكشف عن الأمراض وتوجيه مسارات علاجها. كما يتضمن مقدمة عامة تتناول الجوانب الكيميائية والخصائص الفيزيائية لحمض الهوموفانيليك، يليها تلخيص شامل للطرق المنهجية المختلفة التي وردت في المراجع العلمية لتقدير كميته سواء في صورته المسحوقة النقية كمادة قياسية أو في العينات البيولوجية المتنوعة.<br/>القسم الثاني: مستشعر نقطة الرعاية باستخدام قطب معجون كربون مُعدّل بجزيئات أكسيد الزنك النانوية المشوبة بالنيكل للكشف عن المؤشر الحيوي السرطاني حمض الهوموفانيليك في البول.<br/>استهدف هذا القسم بشكل أساسي تطبيق نظام استشعار كهروكيميائي لتقدير كمية حمض الهوموفانيليك والجزيئات ذات الصلة به في عينات البول البيولوجية. وقد تم اختيار قطب عجيني <br/> كربوني نانوي مُعدَّل بجسيمات أكسيد الزنك المشوبة بالنيكل بوصفه القطب الكهربائي الأمثل الذي أظهر أداءً جيدًا في الكشف.<br/>الجزء الثاني: فحص الدوبامين والمركبات ذات صلةفي العينة البيولوجية.<br/>ينقسم هذا الجزء إلى ثلاثة أقسام فرعية:<br/>القسم الأول: مقدمة ومراجعة للطرق الخاصة بفحص الدوبامين.<br/>يقدم هذا القسم عرضًا موجزًا للكيمياء والخواص الفيزيائية للدوبامين، بالإضافة إلى تلخيص للطرق التحليلية المختلفة التي تم نشرها لتحديد كميته |
